Blythe is a Certified Life Coach & Breathwork Facilitator. She supports entrepreneurs and creatives who want to build their business without the burnout. Blythe is a nervous system expert and stress resilience educator who was diagnosed with ADHD at 32 years old. As a neurodivergent woman she has come to learn that burnout is 3x more likely to happen to ADHDer's. Blythe believes that managing stress is paramount if you want to build a sustainable business and a beautiful life.
This is a special episode because Blythe is my personal coach. She has opened my eyes to the importance of having a regulated nervous system and provided me with so many tools to do so.
