Self-mastery is when we are able to control our thoughts, words, emotions and actions. We begin to developing self-discipline, self-control, transmuting unhelpful behaviours into ones that allow us to flourish.
Putting the ego-mind in the passenger seat and the conscious mind in the drivers seat.

In this episode, we talk with Caroline Ainslie about making maths fun! About the power of mindset when it comes to learning math. She shares about her vision and her passion for helping children to love math. Also, about explorative learning where the kids 'do the math' before they write it down and how much more effective this is.

Caroline Ainslie is a published author. Her latest book will be out in March and is called Let’s Play Mathematically. A compilation of 36 games to help children build their maths skills. Link below for pre-order!
Caroline was born in the UK but considers herself a global citizen. She speaks several languages and is currently learning Welsh.
Caroline is a Maths Fun Crusader and founder of Bubbly Maths. It started as a dream in 2004, a dream of a world free of children that hate or fear maths and it became her life’s purpose to make the dream a reality.
Caroline spends half her time volunteering for an NGO which provides professional development for maths teachers in disadvantaged communities and her fundraising is all for their bursaries.
Caroline’s fundraising endeavours include running an annual Global Maths & Science Lesson, walking the London Marathon, Summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and making multiple attempts at a Guinness World Record. She is the current title holder of the world’s largest 3D Fractal made from modelling balloons.
She plans to climb Mount Kilimanjaro again to celebrate her 64th year. Her current projects include a book launch tour in the UK, a world tour of the Bubbly Maths Show and a Land’s End to John O’Groats and Beyond Bubbly Maths Adventure.
