Welcome back to the Motivation of Fuel podcast. I am your host, Wondra, and I hope everyone is safe and enjoying winter as we really navigate into it. And with the new year, we are still continuing my new book and bestseller with the workbook Rise Again, which is officially out. You can buy it on my website, Amazon, Walmart. So this series really will rebuild your strength, reclaim your confidence, and rise to the best version of yourself. So let's dive in and feel your rise. With this episode, I do want to give a shout out to my first time moms and dads and parents. So really welcome you to my podcast, Motivational Feel. And I hope you can fill out the podcast survey so you can share your thoughts with me on my website. So this week is chapter five, Passion and Smart Goals. You really want to share your well-being, so harnessing your passion, and your passion can really force and pursue your creativity, your energy, fulfillment in your lives. You want to set some clear goals with your specific manageable goals that can be a roadmap and really share your passion of your outcomes and motivation and growth. And with this, embracing your transformation, your challenges, your losses, that can be your catalyst for change and surrounding ourselves with positive people, influencers, and activity regarding our dreams, overturning diversity, and reaching out on our journey. So this is for chapter five. Really, your passion, your emotional drives, motivates you and pursue your creativity, really thinking about your goals, setting clear ones, really establishing your short-term, your long-term goals that can create opportunities for growth and progress. So I know with this moment, really it is not perfect. You have the strength to rise and chase after what truly sets your heart on fire, and you can pick up my motivational journals and gratitude journals, which can be, and you can put your goals on paper, you can really know that it's not too late to start that journey. Really put it on your refrigerator, your mirror, where you can see your goals, and really in this chapter, I talk a little bit about in my journals too. I lost one of my grandmothers back in 2013 who was my rock who really held me together and shared some things and encouraged me to reach and pursue my goals. So motivating friends, I motivate strangers, people I never met before. I just you know talk about motivation. Even with my first journal, what is your motivation? You know, you're asking yourself that you need to follow your dreams, you want to return to a positive state, but you don't know how. So making sure that you set that time out every day for journey, which should be beneficial, and it can be long term. Now, with this time you've been setting aside for so long, maybe restoring your automobile or really breathing in that new life or worn out components, or eager to immerse yourself in your local library where your discovery waits. You want to set aside 15 minutes a day in silence, focus on your breathing, distractions from others, your family, your thoughts, your noises around you, and that can help you remove distractions, restart on your meditation, your pacific, which is your action, your silent, focus on your breath, your measurable, you can track your daily meditation in your what is your motivation journal, your attainable sitting quietly for 15 minutes, which is realistic, and your achievable goal, and your irrelevant, which is your stress that can lead to being overweight, reducing your stress is for to lose weight, and you're time-based, you want to maintain a daily motivation and meditation goal when reducing your stress, your overall health. So, with this chapter, you're ready to tackle some things off your list where you can build that pathway, embrace the changes, your goals, follow your passions, and really take some action in this chapter, and it will lead you to the workbook. Now, in the next episode, we will talk about chapter six, which is on page 61 of the book, which is don't stop and keep going. But with the workbook or chapter 5, you have your SMART goals here. Part one: what drives your passion, what activities and ignite your enthusiasm, what are three things that you're truly passionate about, and your reflection on the moment where you felt alive and expired, and what are some things that you're doing? Part two is setting your SMART goals. You can refer back to my journals and the book, but your what is one short goal or short-term goal that you can do in six months? What is your long-term, one year or more? You can write it down with the SMART goal, and we're part three, you're overcoming the challenges. So, any challenges that you face, how you transform from it, list three positive influences in your life, people, books, experiences, and how can these experiences help you pursue your goals? And part four is your daily motivation. Write a statement that really reminds yourself of how you pursue your goals daily, and how to incorporate your goals into journaling meditation, your routineing, and really where will you place these goals as a constant reminder? And you can feel free to write in this workbook at your own pace, revert, refer back to your goals and your passions as they evolve over time, and that is in your workbook. But you don't need the workbook in the book to follow along, but just to give you some updates and really reinforce your goals, your short-term, your long-term goals, and really take that time out to embrace yourself and making sure that you're not forgetting about anything for yourself with smart goals. Just really have a chance to relate to them at the beginning of the year, the middle of the year, the end of the year. It's never too late to start your goals and to obtain them.
