Isabel Arredondo is a communication specialist with the School Care Team, where she creates and delivers mission-driven marketing and social media posts for varied audiences, including school staff, youth-serving adults, and community partners. Isabel’s content highlights social-emotional learning, mindfulness, emotional regulation, suicide prevention, and teacher and well-being. Combining her bachelor’s degree in human services and background knowledge of social media, Isabel hopes to bring connection and safety to (IN)vision podcast guests, listeners, and viewers.

Shannon is a Program Manager for the School Care Team, where she facilitates community and school-based mental health and suicide prevention programming. Shannon is committed to being a lifelong learner and connector. With over 20 years of youth-focused work and over 20 health and wellness certificates and certifications, her passion is whole-person wellness. Shannon has been married to her husband, Rich, since 2010. She has four children: Payton (in heaven), Owen (17), Zizi (12), and Briggs (10). They have four dogs, three guinea pigs, and a hamster at home. Shannon hopes the (IN)Vision Podcast will aid and inspire listeners in their search for ultimate wellness, strength, passion, and hope.
