Jeremy Pollack, Ph.D. is a social-organizational psychologist and a leader in the field of workplace conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is the Founder of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, the largest workplace conflict resolution consulting firm in North America. He is also co-founder and chairman of the Peaceful Leadership Institute, a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to promoting the model and theory of Peaceful Leadership, as well as co-founder and President of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Florida. He is also the author of the The Conflict Resolution Playbook: Practical Communication Skills for Preventing, Managing, and Resolving, Conflict.

Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, an M.A. in Conflict Resolution, and an M.A. in Anthropology.
