Ashley Welch

We are selling in unprecedented times. The solutions we are selling have never been as complex or as exciting. And yet, our results often fail to reach their full potential because we are still selling the same way we always have.

Our sales training, Sell by Design, is based on the principles of Design Thinking - an innovation methodology - and provides powerful new mindsets and strategies to sales for partnering with customers. Sell By Design helps increase the effectiveness of sales through:

  • More profound discovery with clients leads to better connection
  • Gathering authentic insights
  • Accelerating deals by creating faster feedback loops
  • Generating more opportunities

We revive curiosity and empathy in the sales process to inspire creativity and growth. We believe in co-creating solutions with the customer, such that both become invested in the solution, reducing the risk of a “no-go” decision.
