As a kid, I dreamed of being independent, free, and answerable to no one. When I grew up, I worked hard to build a life just like that. However, as the seasons of life evolved, I realised how transient some of my ideas of freedom really were. I began to reflect: What does it mean to be truly free from the inside out? And can I experience freedom in a universe governed by universal laws? John 8:32 says, “The truth will make you free.” It struck me that truth was something I needed to know.
