In this episode, we explain how assignment works when strata title is not yet issued, why HDA properties follow a statutory notice-based regime under section 22D, and how assignment for non-HDA properties is governed by contract. We also discuss consent, administrative fees, and when charges imposed by developers can be challenged as unreasonable.
