I created this podcast because I know this experience personally. I know what it’s like to be perceptive, deeply driven, and the person others turn to while still questioning yourself in rooms where everyone assumes you have all the answers.

My work combines practical leadership strategy with deep inner and intuitive work. Because sometimes the problem isn’t what you’re saying or doing. It’s what happens inside you in the moments before you respond.
