41. What it *actually* means to be consistent and why this is the most overlooked strategy to grow your business.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Consistency is not a sexy word… but it’s probably the most underrated strategy for growing your business.
And despite people thinking that it’s the fun, sexy stuff that will make them more money, it’s often the boring, mundane day to day things that have the most profound effect.
The trouble is, many entrepreneurs aren’t willing to be committed. Maybe they try something once or twice and it doesn’t work and then they give up.
Business is a long game. And consistency is not sexy, but it’s the thing that creates the results.
In this episode I share:
- Exactly how I’ve managed to be consistent in my business over the last 4 years despite having two babies, being out of the country for months on end and dealing with a lot of personal stuff behind the scenes.
- The importance of implementing processes and systems in your business to keep the wheels turning even when you’re MIA.
- How to create a supportive, but flexible routine you can actually stick to.
- And some tips for staying committed even when you have to do the boring tasks you hate, or you’re not good at.
