Elise is a mindset coach who specializes in narcissistic abuse recovery, CPTSD, childhood trauma recovering, and helping her clients rediscover their sense of happiness again. Having experienced abuse and trauma herself, she focused on her healing journey and found what it truly means to heal and be happy.
