I am a writer, daughter, wife, and mom and I spent decades advocating in schools for equal treatment, resources, and access to kids on the autism spectrum. I started up special ed PTOs, volunteered in support groups for parents, and advocated for equal housing, employment, and healthcare including support for mental health for adults on the autism spectrum.
