Update! It has been awhile since I've posted a new episode but I'm back. I'm also changing the name to something easier find, hopefully. As you can see, the new name it "Shake It Up! Essential Tremor"
This podcast is all about Essential Tremor. You've all seen it in other people but didn't know what it was called. It is estimated that between 4 and 10 million people in the United States alone is afflicted. We will discuss news, treatment options and lifestyle issues.
I've had essential tremor for as long as I can remember but it really got bad in the last 5 years or so. Therefore, I come to this, as your host, from a layman's perspective and not a medical professional. We will cover everything related to ET.
