Lori Marriott
Lori Marriott is the Coordinator of Humanist Climate Action, a volunteer-led network of Humanists UK members and supporters working to promote low-carbon, ethical, and sustainable living. Since 2021, she has led efforts to put humanist values into practice on environmental issues—bringing humanists together to campaign for evidence-based policies, challenge climate disinformation, and encourage greener lifestyles. Lori has long campaigned on environmental causes, previously volunteering with the Green Party and several NGOs, and has spoken on climate responsibility for the Faith & Belief Forum’s Earth Day podcast as well as contributing to Humanists UK’s Understanding Humanism textbook. Alongside her activism, Lori is a Director at Randall’s, where she has worked since 2013. She holds a BA in Sociology and an MA in International Relations from the University of Warwick.
