Welcome to Tequila and Taco Tuesday. Today we're at Nervous Nellie's here on Fort Myers Beach on the Bay Side, and we've got Ruby and we've got a plethora of drinks and tacos today, right?

Millionaire Margarita Breakdown

Ruby

Yes, definitely. So what we have here are our couple of um our drinks, our margarita specials. We have our millionaire margarita. Okay, and this is made with fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, fresh agave, and then uh we do a little red gallery in here, so good orange cocoa. Yeah, and then we do our patrioton bell optum, and we uh invert that into it, as you can see here, with a little bit of salt and some fresh orange and lime. And so that's very tasty. Do you want to give it a try?

It looks very present. That's good. I feel like I'm at Mexico. Yeah, great.

Ruby

And that's your full in when you want a little bit more tequila, you just pull up on it.

I love it. Give it a little bit of presentation, it's beautiful.

We love this one and you call that the millionaire margarita.

Millionaire. So you gotta come out and try that one for sure.

Yeah, there you go.

Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos Taste Test

Ruby

Like first amount, right? Yes, exactly. And so um, we'll talk a little bit about some of our tacos here. So these are our um boom boom shrimp tacos. Okay, they're served on flour tortillas. Um, our shrimp are deep fried, and then they're tossed in our famous boom boom sauce. And then you're gonna have your um lettuce and sugar cheese and our fresh pico de gallo.

Ruby

Winner every time, and of course, all of our tacos come with our black beans and rice and our fresh pico de gallo. You want to give one a try?

And then I'll tell you about these. Yeah.

Ruby

Good, good.

I love it. So flavoring the mixture.

Infused Margarita Method

Ruby

Yeah, we love them here, and so and they fly off the shelves, and so especially on Tuesdays.

"Cabo" Jim

Right.

Ruby

Um, here we have our infused margarita, and so this is gonna be with some Crouson tequila. And what we do is we layer pineapple, strawberries, oranges, um, in our glass containers, and we pour in our little simple syrup and our porus, and we let it soak for five days and marinate, and just so it's just perfect, and then we mix up with a little bit of uh sour mix and some fresh fruit, strawberry sparch, and my salted brown there, and that's when you have your infused margarita. Want to give that a try?

Of course, absolutely. I can just sit here all day.

I'm thinking I'll be okay, right?

Ruby

You'll feel like an infused million dollars.

Blackened Mahi Tacos Spotlight

Speaker 2

I'm okay, yeah. I've got teal, I've got tacos, and now we have another plate of tacos, too, right?

Ruby

Yes, so these are uh mahi mahi tacos. Okay. I get these often. The mahi is one of my favorite fish. Um, so you have again the flour tortillas, the mahi is blackened, so with like we have a little bit of red cabbage on there, we have our fresh pico de gallo and our famous chipotle aioli sauce, and of course our rice and beans with our fresh pica de gallo.

There we go. So that's a try here. Wow. All right. And you're good too.

Yeah, thank you. And you can get just two, or you can get the three, but it's right. Why do you get two when you can get the I know, right?
