They’re in the pressure cooker of unhappy families, poor seasons, banks at the door, and a body breaking down. That’s when chaos reigns, and the question rises: ‘What’s it all for?’

Too many men try to answer that question without God. But He is the only certainty beyond what we can control.

Meet Josh, a third generation farmer who has a passion for leading men back into the land of strength, resilience, achievement and faith.
Josh is a father of three and married to Stephanie Borowski.
After many years working on the land and going through the turmoil of a family run operation, Sovereign Sons was born. The Crucible program then followed; designed for men who find themselves struggling under the weight of the world in their bodies, their relationships, their businesses and their connection with God.
His Goal and mission is to see future generations of men waking up to the realisation of what and who they are, as stewards of their lives and leaders of their families.
Young boys both on the land and in suburbia, are lead by father figures who are grounded in the the true source that is Christ, and who are weaponised in all four areas of life to do good works and build a strong society of honesty, integrity and faith.

Steph (Age 34) is a funny feminine force to be invested in.

Married to Josh and moving out to the bush from her home in Jervis bay NSW Aus, she has fallen in love with the lifestyle and the community of her new found home in the dust.

Steph has battled droughts, floods, mice plagues and financial scarcity as many on the land do. However, Steph's discoveries as a wife and mother to three, in the midst of the turmoils of a farming partnership and a frustrated, distracted and often at times depressed husband, was counted as one of her greatest hurtles.
Steph's passions are her faith in Christ, her family, her online business, her art and her friends.
Steph's natural character and open demeanour play testament to how she can be such an effective business woman, loving wife and doting mother of three.
Steph's honesty and willingness to say it how she sees it, makes her a vital addition to the MANS LAND podcast.
