The Morning Dig Hosted by Chris Williams
What if five minutes could shift the way you show up for the entire week?
I launched The Morning Dig in 2023 as my first podcast. I wanted to create a space where I could share quick, meaningful thoughts to help you reset, refocus, and keep digging in, especially when life feels heavy or unclear.
Every Monday, I release a short episode centered on leadership, mindset, and personal growth. Some are less than five minutes, some are a little longer, but each one is rooted in real experience and built to help you move into your week with clarity and intention.
This podcast was born out of my own journey through burnout, realignment, and learning how to lead without losing myself. I’m not here to give you all the answers. I’m here to share what I’ve lived, what I’ve learned, and what I’m still working through.
If you’re building something meaningful and trying to stay aligned with what matters, you’re in the right place.
Start your week with purpose, not pressure.
