And this is the podcast where we talk about leading with clarity, growing with purpose and building success that actually feels sustainable. And, of course, I'm your host, dot Rock, fractional CFO, hr strategist and hiring whisperer for soul-led founders who are done burning out. So today we're diving into what might be your most untapped business asset, that's, the magnetic energy of alignment, because when we start operating like the version of ourselves that has already had the success, that already has the business, the life, the peace we want. Our strategy changes, our confidence changes and our results they just start to reflect an inner shift. So if you listen to my podcast earlier this week on Tuesday, it was all about this week, the inspired action around going to Albuquerque and attending my son's baseball tournament after he's been in bed with pneumonia for a week and how badly I wanted s'mores. And earlier in the week and then how I took the inspired action to bring him to his baseball game this weekend and it turns out we manifested some s'mores at a random restaurant that we ended up at. So how did that happen? It's because I was living in alignment. It's because I was following the soul-led actions, no-transcript, magnetic strategy.
Speaker 1:This is where clarity and congruence, where our visions, our actions and our presence are actually in sync, we stop chasing the trends, we just start making faster decisions because we're not outsourcing our authority and our marketing even becomes magnetic because we believe our own message, because it's so deeply our truth. Alignment creates energetic efficiency and we stop bleeding energy into proving ourselves and doubting our direction and we just start taking actions that feel right with the future version of ourself that we envision, because the reality is, people don't invest in products. They invest in certainty, and certainty comes from alignment. Whether it's a pitch meeting, a sales call, a job interview, the most compelling person in the room isn't always the smartest compelling person in the room isn't always the smartest. They're the most aligned, and this is how clients feel it when we're embodying our true value, not just stating it. And this is how top talent is drawn to leaders who are clear on what they stand for. I'm telling you, when I help people hire the best team, it's when they hire someone because they reached the clarity of what they were looking for before they ever did a job interview, before they ever posted a job.

Just look at what you spent your time doing last week, even if it's not a full, like specific audit. What were you, out of integrity, doing with the future self you want to be, and where were you saying yes out of obligation instead of true vision? Number two what have you marketed from belief? Before you post anything, ask would my highest self say this with deep conviction and decide from alignment and not urgency. Don't rush the decision. Make the right decision from the right energy.
