EP 92: Letting Go: The Courage to Make Space for What’s Next

Dot Rock

I’m back and it feels so good to finally say that. After moving across Colorado, going through a divorce, and restructuring my business, I’ve learned firsthand what it means to let go and start again.

In this episode, I’m sharing a very personal story about the $100 gym cancellation that taught me a much bigger lesson: sometimes the cost of alignment is worth every penny. Letting go isn’t giving up—it’s how we create space for what’s meant to come next.

I’ll walk you through:

  • How I knew it was time to release what no longer fit
  • Why the cost of staying stuck is always higher than the cost of change
  • My three-step process for letting go with compassion and courage
  • A reflection to help you reconnect with your truth and energy

Take a deep breath with me and ask yourself: What’s ready to fall away? Where have I already outgrown the version of myself that’s still trying to stay?
