Joshua Condado is a CRNA turned entrepreneur. After falling into the trap of extra shifts and overtime realized there has to be a better way to make money and avoid burn out. While still working as a CRNA, he started buying real estate with his brother in law and sister slowly replacing his income doing anesthesia.
While he still finds fulfillment doing anesthesia part time, he now spends the majority of his time as an entrepreneur and helping other healthcare professionals learn ways to avoid burn out and increase their income without the endless cycle of picking up extra shifts.
