Many people bypass it because they are afraid of being alone and/or do not know how to start the healing process, but if you want to heal by discovering the best version of yourself, self dating is non-negotiable.

Those who go straight from divorce to dating others will likely find the same partner - just a different name and face - the same relationship patterns tend to repeat. You can break this cycle by doing the inner work, and that starts with self dating.

Taking time to self date will improve your healing process immensely, and will enable you in the future to find a partner who is drawn to the version of you who has healed and has more to offer in a relationship, because she knows herself and what she wants and needs to make her life amazing. 🦋
