A key component of creating a respectful and collaborative workplace is for individual employees to develop greater self-awareness to support professional growth.

This panel discussion will focus on understanding and developing a respectful and collaborative workplace, examining some common misconceptions about leadership styles, and discussing what organizations can do to implement objective decision-making processes.
