In this episode of the Grow Clinton Podcast, Jenny and Andy are joined by a familiar face, Nathan Billany of Estes Construction. Nathan worked in the Clinton Community for several years before taking a position with Estes Construction. As a former Clinton Kiwanian, his accent and jovial attitude were always welcomed during lunch meetings and Kiwanis events.

Founded by Jim and Lori Estes, Estes Construction serves the Greater Clinton Region by offering its clients a unique pre-construction planning process that provides an enhanced level of input and results in substantial cost savings over the project's life.

A vital component of Estes Construction's mission is its commitment to dedicating time and resources to serving as advocates for the communities in which it works. 90% of Estes employees serve on non-profit boards, volunteer their time, and donate their skills to various projects.

Estes genuinely desires to be the best—the best builder, the best employer. Achieving this standard of excellence drives the company and reminds the team daily that being average isn't the Estes way.

From historical restoration to specialized manufacturing and multi-family housing, Estes is ready and able to serve as your next construction partner.
