In this episode of the Grow Clinton Podcast, Andy and Jenny are joined by Susan Sharp of Clinton, Iowa's Salvation Army 360 Life Center located at 219 1st Avenue.

Susan will share information on the Salvation Army's Angel Tree accessible at Walmart in Clinton, the Red Kettle fundraising effort that kicked off on November 1st, and her new book, Don't You Dare Stop Dreaming: A Midlife Guide to Rekindling Goals, Grit, and Grace.

Money raised during the Red Kettle campaign supports social service assistance for those in need with rent and utility expenses. The Salvation Army is seeking volunteers to monitor the kettles and solicit donations. Anyone interested in supporting the Red Kettle project can register at https://www.registertoring.com/.

Applications for the Angel Tree opened on September 25th and will run through December 1st. Please consider applying in support of the event by emailing Susan at susan.sharp@usc.salvationarmy.org.
