This is Soul Awakenings with Joy Truscott, the show that is your safe space. Life has so many transitions, and this is where we walk through those together with more ease, grace, and flow.

We just keep showing up. That's the gift of it all, that we hold each other no matter what, no matter what our lives look like. We don't have to be neat and tidy so that we can be here and hold each other. That's why I truly love this platform because not only is a connection of collective beings who are conscious, who are seeking higher consciousness, but we are a group of beings that have decided that this is the place where we can connect without any of the other stupid stories that are resonating in the field, the anger, fear, and the condemnation. There's just so much of that. Honestly, we need a voice and we need an energy place, an expression of this that then becomes a powerful energy vortex. So for all of you who are in the spaces and the places that you're in, even if you think my treasures, if you don't count, or what you're doing doesn't matter, I cannot even begin to tell you how significant it is that you choose to be a being with a higher awareness. Because you're having a hard life, because life is a struggle for every one of us, there is stuff. It cannot not be stuff. It's the stuff that makes us strong. All the pain, the hardship, a trauma, the despair that shakes us into a deep opening of our heart and our soul, so that we can start to show up, be in this world with more ease and grace. We've just got to switch this mind to a different place so that we can receive that higher vibration. If we all stay down here in the quagmi of misery, this is not going to be good for the human species. It's really training a part of our being to know that we can connect beyond just being in front of each other, that our thoughts, perceptions, and ideas can connect in this lovely other space, these mental telepathy connections that we are now starting to embrace and hear more and more about. This is so powerful for us to be able to connect into this other vibrational field. And that's really all it is. It's a different vibrational field. What we're going to talk about today is our voices of higher consciousness, tapping into the place where our voices can be heard in a space that is cleaner, clearer frequency where we can amplify ourselves into this higher consciousness. The moment we tap into that, we start to access what is available in that frequency. Oh my word, my treasures, there's so much more. So, so much more. Really, this little link through technology is only giving us an awareness that we don't have to be in the same room. How wonderful we are from all over the world. And yeah, we are connecting and hearing each other, seeing each other, feeling our energy of one another. Isn't that beautiful? That this connection starts to awaken something within us. Because it's delightful, may that be, it opens up a sense of higher energy in us already, because we're holding the space with a sense of anticipation, delight, and ready to be delighted and delightful. All of that is filling us up with the divine light, a much higher vibration. So that's the job. That's why we're doing all of this. That's why I keep showing up and holding the space with you. That's why you keep showing up, holding the spaces that you do. I'm so proud of you. So even if you're wobbling, even if you're getting tired and grumpy, it's okay. It's not so easy. But just take a breath and let's be here together, my treasures. Let's take a deep breath. Let's settle in, call in our guides, angels, divine presence. Just see where we can go now, where we amplify the energy and start to move in this ease, graceful way through this life. So much love to you. Let's do this. Take a deep breath in, my treasures. Long, slow outbreath. Just release it out if you can. It's safe for you. Close your eyes, settle down into this mind-body being. How wonderful that we have this time and this space together. We see this as a sanctuary of light and love. We place ourselves right within it. We imagine it like a pod or chrysalis. We are holding it with all our heart, starting to grow it, amplify it through your heart, bring in something that filled your heart, your mind and soul with an immense sense of happiness, sweetness, kindness. When you can feel that in your heart, know that your heart is a magnetic field. Your mind gives you the thought, so it's an electromagnetic field. Then you start to open this like a ripple in a pond. Just imagine that. Let's let it shift into all the homes and hearts of every dear soul here. We imagine that we're creating this pod. And with our voices, with our hearts, with our energy, we are bringing in such a beautiful vortex or portal. I don't know how you want to describe it. Just imagine in any way that feels okay for you. And then we just let that go like a ripple opening in a pond, and we don't worry about how it looks and feels. Just be deeply clear and authentic in it. As you so sweetly say, harmonious humans. So lovely. Hold that space now. And let your energy connect to where we are. We ask now that the voice that we hold. It's not so much the sound of the voice. We think about how our voices evolve from little baby voices, and then all the way to our old little rattly in the throat, minds getting there. Old voices, and how we go through this process of our voice becoming this and becoming that, at every age and every stage that we're at. So our voices are becoming, and so are we. In the process of our life, the growing into our life, the growing old in our life. What a gift that is. That we have had many ways to express on very many different levels or vibrational frequencies. We know what it's like when a little two-year-old lets go a fabulous scream, a little tantrum scream that goes right through your brain. Frequency, my lovelies. Boy, oh boy, will that get your attention. So we're here with our breaths and our being. The voice that can express thank you, God, for those who can still speak. But even if we cannot speak, we are speaking through our being. This instrument is beyond just the voice and the vibration through the throat, the vocalizing through the mouth and the nose, and all the passages that join in to help expression. There is the thought, and within that, so the vibration begins. In that moment where the thought comes in, so we are already connecting in that moment. For those of you who have known this and seen it with your mobiles or your devices, it's so much more affirming now when we all got these little mobiles and we're connected to each other all over the place. We just think of someone and then they send us a note. It's so exciting because we know we're connected. But in the days gone by, we didn't have all those wonderful things. We had to choose a time through a letter, which took about four to six weeks to get from America to South Africa on a ship. I remember those days so clearly when I was very little. There was this dear old ancient man who used to walk from the nearest town to all the farms, way out in the bush, no telephones, no electricity, nothing. I remember this dear old soul with a leather bag packed with letters that had come all the way across the seas from family overseas, on a ship, landing in Cape Town, then being put in this, then being taken to the post offices. Eventually it got dispersed all the way up through Africa, and we were quite a bit further up. Eventually, the only way to get to these farms was on foot with the sweet old man carrying this bag. Remember how exciting it was for all of us to just get one letter from someone four to six weeks later. No more new news, but there is the connection, the happiness and the delight, because we had written letters waiting for this treasure to bring us ours, and we would swap over, give him letters to take back, and the process would go in reverse. So it went on. The connections were there in the thought when that dear one far away thought of us, bothered to pull out a pen and a paper, just to write down a few notes, a few words, and tell us about their life. While they were, they were thinking about us. The connection was being made. If we could have confirmed it at that time, we would have said, Isn't that wonderful? We're connecting. The ancient people had this incredible capacity to speak to each other and assist each other with mental telepathy, not a word spoken. I feel like we've lost it. We've got too busy. We've filled our heads with so much clutter, so much stuff that we've forgotten that there is a voice and a vibration, but it starts with a thought. So here we are at this time where we are seeking higher consciousness, and we have the voice to express it and to connect with each other, to hold remind and nourish each other. Everything that I'm sending out doing, I've got one role, one purpose that is to remind you, help you to remember who you are. So I do send out a lot of stuff so that people will remember. It's only so that you will remember, because my lovelies, you are that already. There's nothing that you have to become or do or train. You are that already. It's just when we have the thought, the awareness that we are that already, that we can connect. Then we can use our voice or letters or visuals in this way, or pick up our little devices, look at each other. Isn't it wonderful? We can confirm it, but let's not get lazy about that. Because it's such a convenience, it's so easy, it's wonderful. I really don't want to ever be without it, it's just fabulous. But remember what is behind it all, even though we have a device now, even though we had a treasured old soul who would walk all these miles and bring us a letter, because someone had a thought about us and put it down on pen and paper, and we knew there was something they were thinking about us. There are so many stories where people, even in those times, could check because they had letters, because they had timestamps and dates on them. They could check that they were thinking the same thing at the same time. They only were able to confirm it many weeks later. So that we know happens and has been happening and always will happen. It's the thought behind it. So, what is your thought behind your voice, your expression, and the way you use your voice and the vibration that comes through your being? What is that? How are you reaching? Are you amplifying it and sending it out with an intention to radiate and transmit a high vibration? Or is it just a whole lot of static words, ugliness, shouting? What is the tone of it? What is the truth of it? Perhaps we could just go back and back again and come to that very first point of awareness. Imagine if we could still our minds quieten down our being to the point where we could be emptied of all the must should have to. We could sit so still in stillness and be okay with it. And then see what thought comes in. Is it connected to someone or something, to a creature, to the earth? What is it connected to? It would be impossible for us to have a thought that is not connected to someone, something that we already know and understand, not just on this earthly plane, but already know and understand. So if we are able to sit so quietly, allow ourselves to connect to the thoughts and we feel them as if they are on a vibrational level, a frequency. One of these stratas, I always see it like that, like cloud stratas. This is the one in the cloud that's a little bit lower down. Those thin, sort of sheeting looking ones. We have this thought and we just place it there. Everyone who looks up at those thin clouds is going to get that thought. Some of us are going to have those big cumulus, numbers, massive rolling. I'm about to drop masses of water on you. Thoughts or put it in that cloud, and it's a little higher up. We have all these levels, these strata of these places where we could put our thoughts. Imagine if we can go so much higher towards the highest consciousness that we can possibly imagine. That's the only way we can get to it is because we could imagine it. Our imagination is linked to our cellular memory, the blueprint, the God code that is already within us. So if we have a thought and we want to transmit it, where are we transmitting our thoughts, our words, the vibration? Just here. Or can you also just stop a little while and rest and reconnect to where you are and know that you can go up a little higher, find another frequency to send your thoughts, intentions, love, awareness to. And you can go a little bit higher. You can do exactly the same. Just start placing thoughts, ideas, perceptions into a space that is already connected to that vibration. That your heart seems to know the way home, seems to know where it is that we are holding this vibration. Imagine if we could just find our way now through the quagmire of the noise, the static that is coming in. Just let go of all that stuff that keeps telling us this is the story, this is the existence we're in. Start listening for that other voice, that higher conscious voice. It's in you, my lovely. It is your voice from a deep, deep memory, a connection to all that is, to light, love, and grace. It is you. Do you know now how many stratas that you are able to reach? Have you got an inkling of what that might be? And you think that this the way you express and be and speak in the spaces that are you your home or your workplace? You might think, okay, this is the only place that I speak and express. But how about when you're praying? How about that thought that is right there? Maybe you'll use your voice, the vibration of your being, a deep hum. Humming is so beautiful. Maybe you'll go and look online and find all these beautiful things like the 528 Hertz or the binaural beats. Maybe you'll go and look for some of those to put on and to listen to to help you to amplify the sound and the vibration. Or you'll listen to beautiful music, beautiful music that is designed like the ancient people, the older people, with the symphonies and the orchestras where everything just came in at perfection. Everything was fine-tuned, no distortions. How delicious! How wonderful for us to find this now, this beautiful vibration, and we start to tune into it. We either use our voice or not, whatever's comfortable for you, but before that is your thought. What are you thinking? What are you imagining? What are you wishing to bring in now? So let's play with that idea just for a moment, my lovelies. Take a deep breath in. You're locking it in, stabilizing it right here where you are. In that connection, start to visualize the opening around it. Like a tuning fork starts to vibrate. Just see the vibration in your mind's eye. This is amplifying the energy as it sends it out. Now let's visualize where it might go to. Maybe it's gonna go to a place where there's a sweet people, some institute or some holding space where a lot of people are in pain or struggle, hospitals, in frail cares, in old age homes, to nursing homes with new little ones arriving. Maybe you're gonna take it up a little bit and take a deep breath in. Imagine you're going a little bit higher into a higher strata. We ask our being, where could I place the sort of love, kindness? That it might fall like rain upon the people, the beings, the life forms below. What is the energy that I would transmit into that space? Then take a breath and see if you can go even a little bit higher. I love the stories where people have NDEs, near death experience. They say the sound, the vibration, the singing is so beautiful. Imagine you can go right into that. Feed your soul, remember who you are, reconnect. And bring that down to you. Can you be the holder of this energy like you're a portal? Just hold it, anchor it, connect it. So, okay, I can be here. I can express myself in this life on all the many stratas that this life demands. It's gonna be okay. Because I'm being Beyond this mortal plane, I have deep memory. I remember who I am. A divine being of light and love here on time. So we hold gracious space. Just hold the space you're in. When we know how to move up into higher frequencies with our thought, we are amplifying it. Those are the three sacred commandments. Remember who you are, hold gracious space, then amplify the energy in the highest vibration of light and love that you possibly can. Can we do that, my lovelies? Take a breath and come on back. Bring yourself all the way into this mind-body being, into this life, this journey. Feel refreshed, reinvigorated. Remember who you are. You can do this. We've got each other. It's so wonderful that we can connect. Remember who you are. Then hold gracious space as this being. Just hold it as graciously as you can, and then you can amplify. You can radiate energy out, love, kindness. You can do all those wonderful things.
