Beyond the Veil - Healing

In this episode, Joy invites us to step beyond the stories of separation and reconnect with the deeper truth of who we are. She shows us how to remember ourselves as beings of light, love, and purpose, held within something far greater than the challenges of everyday life.

This is Soul Awakenings with Joy Truscott, the show that is your safe space. Life has so many transitions, and this is where we walk through those together with more ease, grace, and flow.

Let's hop into the space. This is such a sweet little phrase that I wanted to bring in for us to think about beyond the veil and talk about that today when we gather in the sacred space and hold each other so that we can bring in some thoughts, ideas. And you know, we're always going to tap in and ask guidance to hop in. And whatever it is that can open up for us and be with us, may that be. So let's set it up, my treasures. Let's be in this beautiful space together. Hold the energy and welcome our guides and angels, divine presence in so that we can really make a strong connection just for a little while. See if you can connect with your place and space, let go of all the chit-chat just for a moment and be present here if you are willing to do that. Take a deep breath in, my lovelies. Long slow out breath. Relax, relax, drop, drop into this moment. Your whole body mind being settled down. Soften your tummy. Feel the balance of your body and the left and the right. Find the point inside of you that is the center of you. When we make the connection to a part of us that is able to perceive itself in every direction, from that point, in front, behind to the sides, up and down, in every possible direction. And notice that you can notice yourself in this time and space and make an agreement with you that this is me in this moment in time, asking for a reconnection to who I truly am, a divine being of light and love. That just for a little while I can let go of all my human stories, all the stuff I think I must, should, and have to do, and allow myself to be with me, a part of me that is beyond my human story, beyond all the connections and associations, sorts and memories, beyond our performance. When we hold ourselves in this space, it truly is a sacred space, and feel the sacredness of you as a being of light and love that can witness yourself, know thyself in this human journey as well. We know that we are always plugging into that awareness, although we might not always be aware that we are plugging into it. In the moments when you feel that you're discombobulated, overwhelmed, searching and longing-seeking. In those moments, my lovelies, ask yourself who is this that is within me that seeks and longs for this that is outside of me, something that is not yet part of the expression of this life. Who is this? Who is the one that seeks and yearns and longs? And you place your hands upon your heart, my lovelies. Feel your heart connection. All the love in the world we give to our own being, this human self who is willing to crash and collide with life, to feel all the content, and all the time to feel the deep yearning and the longing. Who am I, this precious little one that sat within the womb for all those months, that was created as a form moment by moment, day by day, until the day I was to emerge. We have a memory, even though we may not remember, of being held and still and in that space. However, we were managing ourselves inside of it, we've no idea. But we were inside of a space, and at some point we emerged beyond that space. If we could go back and be in the moment of our emerging, wouldn't it be amazing to hear our thoughts from our higher self? Would we applaud ourselves and would we say to ourselves, Oh my gosh, well done. You did it, you grew yourself, you made yourself a real whole little person. Well done. Now you're ready, now you step into the reality that you said you would come into. So hang on for dear life, because it's gonna be a rough ride. Everything that you have not yet encountered or understood, felt or perceived is about to collide with you. Hang on, my little treasure. I've got you. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could have the connection to our guardian angels, guides, divine presence, and hear those words as we emerge from this reality into every single reality that we move into for our entire human journey? Like there is an awakening, an emerging, a becoming, and then there is a releasing and letting go. There is a cycle that happens all the time. We are not the same people that started off at the very beginning of our journey. Life has shaped and formed us in all the most incredible ways. We have a unique perspective outlook on this life because of that. And if we could say that this is why we came so that we could have that, perhaps then we could let go of so much karmic pain. Let go of all the stories, the ideas, the perceptions, and the beliefs that we created about the hardship and the suffering of this life. It was never meant to be easy. It was always going to be a great imprint impression upon our awareness. It was always gonna shake us awake. It was never just going to be a smooth emerging and then a smooth release and a smoothness from end to end until that happens. It could never be it is a journey of experiencing, knowing, crashing, and colliding. It's what we signed up for. Why would we do that? Why on earth would we do that? If we could remember that beyond this reality, there is so much more. Beyond the reality that we held of ourselves within that womb, there was so much more. Imagine going and saying to that little babe, hey, guess what? Guess what's gonna happen in your life? We were terrified with saying we're saying, no, no, no, I can there's no way that I'm gonna be able to do that. No way that I'm gonna be able to survive that. It just sounds too awful, too hard, too difficult, too challenging. Why on earth would I even think about sticking around to endure any of that? Just don't be ridiculous. And yet, here we come into the world with these darling little bodies and minds and beings that are so eager and filled with life to seek and see, to try new things, to experiment with walking, and eventually we get that right, and talking, and eventually we get that right. There's so many elements to us being here, to integrating in this life that we had learned so rapidly, and we did, didn't we? We got it, we found a way. By the time we were three, we were really integrating very well. Not always in the best behavior. But hey, what? Look at us now. Not always our best behavior. We are not always going to be in our best behavior because, my lovelies, this is a difficult, struggling journey that is bringing us to a point of realization. No miles sitting back and just waiting. It's happening in us and through us and around us, it's pressing our face up against the glass, our little nose, a squash, and saying, see, see, see, see the world, see this, notice that. Everything is crashing and colliding with us. And so, what is the point of all this? All the time we have this longing and this yearning. We, my lovelies, come from way beyond this experience, beyond the veil. The veil, I don't know about you, but I was so aware of that all my life. I was so aware of that sense of separation. It used to drive me absolutely crazy. As a little girl, I'd even take my hands and feel like I should just push it aside, like you would take a net curtain and open it so you can see the light properly through the window. Oh, so annoying. Very, very aware of that when I do end-of-life work with people. The one darling man particularly was so incredible. He was right at the end of the very last few breaths, and he just eyes shut open and he said, Oh, I can see beyond the veil. He was just like enchanted that suddenly he could see beyond. Wouldn't it be wonderful? It would be such a comfort for us to see that, even for just a glimmer of a moment, just to know that it's okay. We're in this container, we're in this womb, this room with all this stuff happening, and we're learning, we're growing, and we're becoming, and that truly is the greatest adventure of our life. To learn, to grow, to become, to see, know, feel, to connect, to collide. This is the journey. We want it to be different, but that's okay because that wanting and longing is like a magnetic field of attraction, and it keeps pulling the goodness, the harmony, the love, the grace, the peace. It pulls it towards us in the magnetic field of attraction because the heart is a magnetic field, so we keep pulling it for it and we're yearning for it. And I love that. Never stop doing that, never stop dreaming and hoping. I don't like the word hope, but never stop dreaming, imagining and creating, because that is actually opening an energy that becomes available to all the other beings that are also lighting up a heart frequency in the yearning and the longing. But let's long for the things that will truly uplift us as a species that will uplift our earth, our life and our energy. Let's long for that, my treasures, the stuff that is going to make a difference. So now we want to stop and just look at our world and look at our life and look at the stories that we're trying to bring in. What are you saying and seeing? What are you feeling? What is coming through you? Is it a desperation or is it an anticipation? The one is going to plummet the energy in its seeking and longing, and the other is going to lift the frequency in its anticipation, looking forward towards that we know that the energy of anticipation is such a high vibration because we have within it absolute trust and absolute knowing that we are going to be okay. I always want to remind us of that lovely little feeling. And my best way that I've shared with so many of you is when you're standing at an airport and you know that that treasure that you love and adore has landed. They're there, they're just behind that glass. And any moment now they're going to be in your arms. When my mommy used to come and visit us when we lived in Durango, Colorado. Oh my gosh, I was best size myself. I hadn't seen my mommy and daddy for a year. And they would come flying seven planes to get to me, seven different flights to come from where they came here in South Africa, all the way to that side of the earth. And my mommy in a wheelchair. Amazing. And I used to think about this little golden thread. And on that side, I'd be sitting and I would be wheeling it in. And then mommy would be letting out a little bit on her side so that I could wheel her in and have her here. And it was as if that golden thread became shorter and shorter and shorter. The plane had landed. Oh my gosh, excitement standing there, waiting, waiting. And then the moment we connect, heart goes, lock in, back. We're back in. That bold thread is just pure and within us, and the connection is there. That connection, so beautiful. That is what we want to do. We want to open these threads of awareness, these consciousness lines into everything that we are wanting to bring in. That, my lovelies, is the energy of anticipation. We know it's going to happen. We trust it absolutely. It's just a matter of time. The excitement and the waiting, the anticipation activates our heart. And this heartbeat, pulling it in, makes it come about. And we might say, well, of course, the plane's landed, the person's there. But equally, the person could walk in and go, hi, hi, fine. Just drop the energy. There's no fun energy in that. There's no happiness. What's the point? The connection is just dull and blunt. But in these high anticipatory, I love that word. I think I made it up. Connection that we have when we anticipate and we pull it in with so much excitement, trust, knowing that that darling one is already there. It's the most wonderful energy. Now we must work with that. Beyond the veil, this already is. Beyond that airport waiting space, our treasures already are. Everything that we are seeking, longing for, yearning for, that we know who we truly are, is just there in the space that is beyond this known space, this defined parameter. And everything is already there. I did not need to see my mommy in every stage of the flight, in every step that it took for her to get to me, because I could feel that energy. I didn't need to know and see it. Oh, yes, she's on her way, she's on her way. I would just know it and trust it. And that's the energy, the trusting, the anticipation, the excitement, the delight filled with a divine light, delightful energy that brings it in. So here we are in this space, in this way, in this human at this time, here on time, here on purpose. Even if you think everything in your life is a calamity and a mess, it might look that way. But you, my love, are on time, and you're the one who can be in it. Amazing, wonderful, you for you here, and you hold the space and you hold that energy. We start to activate it, knowing that we are more than the expression of just this human at this time, and we all start to open up those golden threads of pure light and love to each other and to those who share our life and those who were part of our history, and we just keep opening up all these threads. I imagine this like an interwoven blanket, mycelium, interconnecting. Isn't it beautiful? And that's really what we want to do. We want to weave something here. It's almost like we're creating a bridge so that we can move from this reality into the next. But while we are here, we've got work to do. There's something significant that we are bringing in because we're here. There's a particular way that we see and understand and interpret this world because of our particular situation. Nothing is a mistake, ignore you. If we stop playing that game of brokenness, we start to mend and create and stitch together this fabric, this beautiful design, and we come back into that divine design. For now, a thread feels like it's a little far away, doesn't it? When my mommy and daddy used to leave, oh, the tears were beyond, beyond. And then from my side, I would just wheel out the golden thread and make more space for mommy to carry that with her until she got home and let me know I'm home safe and sound. Ah, thank you. That beautiful golden thread that has stayed in place for us to find each other again. Think about the golden threads that you want to create in this life. With whom do you wish to connect and hold the space of light and love? They may be here and they may be past. Either way, they are not away, not gone, not separate from you. They are there just because you can hold them in your imagination. You can close your eyes, you can feel them. See people's hands. Hands are so important to me. I see my mommies and my dad's hands, and I see all those that I know and love, my brother, my sister, who are not here anymore, but I see their hands, and I think, oh, they're precious hands. That is my connection to them, and it's just so beautiful. That's the golden thread. Find those golden threads in your heart and see if you can stitch them back into place. Help them to be just golden, knowing that everyone's life was very challenging and difficult. Everyone has a distortion in it, and everyone has just been trying to do the best they can. Not everyone got the message if they hear on time and on purpose, but you, my love, have. You're here on time, you're here on purpose. You are the very breath of the divine, you're a light worker, and you are here to do something incredible. Hear that message and put it in you so that you just let go of those struggles that we create when we feel like we are not here for anything of any good. The content doesn't define the being that you are. The stories that are unfolding are just that. Stories that are unfolding around you. But you, my lovely, are this beautiful being of light and love that is here on time at this amazing time for something to come through you. We might go through our whole life and not get that, not understand until we release ourselves from this human story and we come back into the highest vibration once again. Oh, that's what I was doing. Some may know it and some may not, but it's okay. Just stay with the program, stay here. You made an agreement to be here for whatever that is, it will unfold. Trust you that you are fully equipped, encoded, imprinted with everything you need to be able to do this particular journey. No matter how it looks, be kind to you and every other dear soul who's really struggling to be here. You hold yourself and you hold each other. So much love. We can do this because we've got each other. So beautiful. All right, my treasures. Let's bring this energy home. Take a deep breath in. Then a long slow out breath. Drop, drop into this moment, replace this beautiful pod of light and love around you. See this as your womb, your chrysalis. Know that at the perfect time you too will emerge in whatever way, at whatever time, at the perfect time. But just for now, this is the container we're in. Just for now. So much love to you.
