In this episode, Joy helps us discover the power of the "still point”, a state of deep stillness, pure potential, and inner receptivity. She also shows us how we can settle into the centre of our awareness and reconnect with the quiet space that exists beneath the noise of everyday life.

We also explore why stillness can sometimes feel uncomfortable, especially in a world that rewards constant doing and productivity. But Joy reminds us that stillness is not the absence of life, it is the place from which new life emerges.

She also shows us that rather than interpreting this space as emptiness or overwhelm, we can see it as a doorway to clarity, creativity, and conscious choice. By pausing, noticing old patterns, and asking ourselves what we truly want, we can begin to shift out of survival mode and into possibility.

Balance episodes are a pathway to harnessing the healing power within, releasing the signals of trauma and accumulated pain from your family history and personal journey.
