Better look at me funny. You know my name down, give me my money. Alright. Bring it. Baby, I got some money. Bring it to a money. Baby, I got some money.
SPEAKER_13Alright. Oh yeah, we're going back to the classic.
SPEAKER_08One, two, five, bring it, but you know it's no doubt. What is the make it crystal back? Good. Give me the microphone first, so I can bust like a buffle. Happening long beats together. Now you know you would rub it back, but it's big back base, back, two, no, death, make a soap, face, back, death, roll in the light. Oh, god, you're like a full crystal card up. Perfect, it's for a quick little momentum when we do it first. From a young piece, perfect. And before me to get a bit, I have to find a kind to accept it. You never know she could be turning her main and learning her main. And at the same time, turning her main, then you know why I'm just gonna spin it. Ain't no pussy good enough to give her one of the spinning boom. And that's relevant, real human feel. And then you put the home knows how a field. Well, if you're good enough to give her buffer proper jump, I take a small piece of someone and bump your dump. It's like this and like that and like this and up. It's like that and like this and like that and up. It's like this and like that and like this and up. Straight three to the mic like a man.
SPEAKER_10It's a new day.
SPEAKER_04Um fathom my demeanor. Unapproachable appearance to how I packed the Nina's. Out of two clips, they say Malice the meeters got low.
SPEAKER_13Alright, alright, alright, alright. Let's see what's going on. Heel. What's going on? Yeah. The music was too loud. You can hear me now?
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm. I can hear you at all.
SPEAKER_13Yeah. Yeah?
SPEAKER_02Can you hear me? Yeah. I don't hear myself.
Weekly Check In And A Big Win
SPEAKER_13Okay. Now that I'm taking care of. Hello, everybody. Um how was everybody's week? Um up until today, Wednesday, hump day. Well wait, yeah, today's hump day. Uh what's going on with you guys?
SPEAKER_11My week seemed to be a blur, like they all the same. It was long for me. Like it's just No, we talk about It took forever.
My Son’s D3 Recruitment Trip
SPEAKER_13Five for the five days? The week. Okay. The week took forever. Yeah. Not for me. It was I guess I guess I don't think you worked all five days. Oh no, that was my Friday off. That was that was that was my Friday off. Um and uh few things I want to touch on. One thing that one positive thing, and one thing I'm just gonna have to get off my chest. Okay. Positive thing. So my son's getting recruited by his school in New York.
SPEAKER_02Nice.
SPEAKER_13Um coaches wanted him to go out there and and take a look. They went. He got the golf cart treatment, so they drove him around campus in the golf cart, which was pretty damn cool. Um he he played uh uh open run with uh damn near the whole team that they were bringing back next year, which is kind of concerning. Um and he did well. He did very well. They tried to kill him because he was trying to dunk on somebody. Like literally, he he went up and they they put him, they put him down, and it's like god damn, but he he popped back up, blocked the shot, went back to it. Uh it really changed my mind on that school because I did not know too much about the school. It's a it's a SUNY school too, so it's a D3.
SPEAKER_11Um where was it?
SPEAKER_13Uh it was in Purchase, New York. So it's Purchase University, Division III School. Nice, nice little campus. Um, really, really different from what I thought it would be. Um really diverse uh in all aspects of diversity. Where where's Purchase? Is that like it's like literally probably 10 minutes outside of Connecticut.
SPEAKER_02Oh, really?
SPEAKER_13Yeah. So it's like it's really it's a on a good day, it's an hour 45 minute drive. Um Traffic probably two hours, but it's literally right there. Okay. Um, so it's not too far into the city. Um I and you know, he, you know, what he was explaining on what they do with the athletes, I I I really like. So, you know, it's something for him to think about. That's now three schools, he has to, he has to kind of consider of who he wants to commit with uh going to D D three. I told him it's you know, if you don't have to make a decision, you go back to JUCO and get another year, save an eligibility. Um, but he has he has what it takes to go D3.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
Retiring From Music And Setting Boundaries
SPEAKER_13And his coach pretty much knew he was gonna go next uh to the next level early in the in the season with JUCO because he was like, before the season started this year, um coach was like, yeah, he's he's out of here in the year. I would love to keep him for two years, but he's out of here in the year. So it's kind of happening, so I'm happy for him. Now, I want to touch base on something. I have I have things that really pisses me off. Like, not a lot of things pisses me off. Not a lot of things pisses me off. But man, when I tell you, if I'm telling you that I'm not doing anything anymore, okay, and I get harassed almost every time about doing that thing, I'm going to shut down. Right? I'm going to shut down. Um, and I'm out, you know, I was gonna bring it to their this person's attention today, but my son ended up having a last minute track meet that he didn't tell us about until like 30 minutes into when he was supposed to start throwing.
SPEAKER_11So kid's great.
SPEAKER_13Yeah. So he ended up going late to his track meet. He still got to throw, he threw his PR, but I was I was ready. I was ready to go ape shit. Not ape shit really, but it was more so it you gotta understand. All right, let me let me back up a little bit. I have an extensive uh I have an extensive amount of um experience in the music industry. I I I came in as an engine audio engineer, I'm a credited engineer, accredited producer, accredited writer. I did my thing when I was supposed to do my thing, right? Um and then I had my son, and then I decided I'd rather be there for my son than do whatever. So I didn't really put a lot of effort into it. I mean, I I dabbled, started my own little record label, had artists, I was kind of doing everything on my own. And uh not for nothing. I mean, we had some some success, but you know, certain artists weren't pushing the way I would think they should push. It's like all the hats was laid on me to kind of do. And that kind of burnt me out. So I I dabbled, I I kind of went back in, and then I was like, you know, I retired, I did what I had to do, I made it to the industry, I met my goals, I made my money, I'm good. Right? So when I still have bridges, I still have communication with people I dealt with in this industry, and I will call if I want to, you know, hey, I got somebody you could talk to, like help you along in your musical career. But I don't I don't share that information wildly. I keep that tight to the chest because one, I respect those, those artists that I deal with. I respect the bridges that I I the relationships I had in the music. And so I don't I don't give people I don't give them information or let them know that I'm I'm tight with these people out often. I was speaking to one of the artists that that I dealt with in the industry, and he was like, out of all people, you could be throwing my name around because we we went in the trenches together. And I was like, I appreciate it, but you know, if I ever need it, I'll do it. Now, I would speak on an instance with another artist that I was dealing with that just most recently happened, but I saved that for another Nene know what I'm talking about because I spoke to her off mic about this. Um, and then around the same time, a family member is my family a family member is just hounding me on on music stuff years upon years upon years. Um and early on, his skill level wasn't all the best. His skill level wasn't all the best. So he had a lot of work to do. Um and he put the work in. I'm not even gonna front, he he put the work in, but no matter how much work it is, it just wasn't meeting the qualities for me to even kind of and I'm telling him I retired. Okay. I there's nothing for me to give you. I don't do this. I'm not opening a studio, I'm not engineering, I'm not doing none of that shit. I I mentioned that over the years, and everything we seem to talk about is about music, and I can't sometimes I can't stand it. Yeah, I don't want to talk about it. Like, let's talk about something else. Yeah, if every time I see you, we talk about the same thing. I don't want to, I don't want to talk, right? I don't want to talk about it. And he's pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing. It's like I do. So sometimes I gotta keep him over there. So it was a my birthday. Um, I don't even know if I'm gonna bring that up. I'm not gonna bring that up. But that was a big part of why I'm just I'm not fucking with him right now. Okay. So it got to a point where I am about fed up and I don't want to speak to this man.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_13So now he's he's showing up at my house unannounced, uninvited, and apparently playing music out of his his his phone for people to take notice and ask him about it so he can speak on it. And I think that's a little too far. I think that's a little too far. Was he like selling music out of his trunk? No, but he now he wants me to help him move his music. Oh, really? Um now I told him, I'm like, yo, he he's I'm not gonna give his secret away how he's making the music. But it sounds, it sounds amazing now. But there's a there's a twist to his music, and I'm not I'm not gonna divulge his his whatever. But there's a way you can market this stuff, and now it's like he's trying to get that from me. And I'm like, look, I put in a lot of work in what I've done in my career, in my experience, in my relationships. I'm not I'm not gonna give this out for free. And I know you can't afford me. So stop asking, please. So stop asking. That's all I want to say.
SPEAKER_02Well, I um I've been working on an album called Bucci Rhythms, and I was hoping you could help me push rhythms you know through the industry.
SPEAKER_13Oddly enough, I'm sure you'll get a bunch of people who would buy that album. You have a whole community that loves Bucci rhythms. But I don't do music. I could point you in the right direction where the Bucci's are.
SPEAKER_02It's you know, it's sort of like elevated music.
SPEAKER_11Does it go up or down or both? It was the walk off for me, but anyway.
SPEAKER_13You I you can't afford me. Stop asking. If I decide to want to help, allow me to help instead of you trying to push.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_13Once you start to push, I'm done. I'm shutting down. You don't fuck with me. So I just had to put that out there.
SPEAKER_02No, I get it. I get it.
SPEAKER_13And it's around the same time where another artist that I was dealing with did some fucked up shit too. And I didn't like it. So I don't know if I got time to talk about it. I'll talk about it later. But I just had to get that off my chest because leave them alone. Because if I felt like it was gonna get to a point where there's gonna be a heated exchange, and I didn't want that. So I literally had to walk away the other day. Yeah. Yeah. So I just had to say that. All right, cool. Let's go. What's going on? Oh, wait, first of all, how's everybody's week? Oh, we already went that, did that, right? Mm-hmm. It was long and hard. I mean, long and um Wow. Yeah. It was long. Okay, what's going on in the woman?
SPEAKER_11Well, for starters, if you're here for the first time, I am that woman Nene, also known as Longback Willie.
SPEAKER_13I am so mad that that is. That is the longest back you'll ever see. She's she she is speaking my truth, man.
SPEAKER_02The longest back. And this is your boy, Saran Anthony.
SPEAKER_13And uh, Mister. Mr., mister, mister.
SPEAKER_02The Aunt Jemima Flipper.
SPEAKER_13She fixes it. Wow. She fixing it.
SPEAKER_11She mister Aunt Jemima Flipper is crazy. That's crazy.
Born Without An Anus Story
SPEAKER_02All right. So, what would you guys do if you were born without a booty hole? Wait. We're not starting like this. Yo, we Yes, in fact, we are. Um so interesting story. There is a woman who was doing an interview, um, and she was speaking about the fact that she was born without a booty hole.
SPEAKER_11Where does this shit go?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Without a booty hole. There's some audio to it.
SPEAKER_11I'm so scared. I don't know, but no booty hole is wow.
SPEAKER_06So in the way God created it. So it leads to incontinence. So from all of my life, I've dealt with trauma of being found out. So imagine kindergarten, fifth grade, high school, college, marriage, motherhood, being in a sorority, even at conferences. It was in a sorority with no apple. A conference and just trying not to be married at times. Or try it's very traumatic. People would never know. Because I smile, I show up, I still do what I need to do, but when I go home, I'm like, whew. Another victory, another day. I made it through. Born without an anus.
SPEAKER_02And so she talks about how like they created one for her.
SPEAKER_06Wait.
SPEAKER_02Well, I mean, you have to be able to. So where she plugs it in after Oh my god. Okay, go ahead.
SPEAKER_11So wait, did they create like from childbirth or recently? Yeah, childbirth. From childbirth, okay. Yeah, they created a booty hole for her.
SPEAKER_13Um like a blowhole in her back.
SPEAKER_11So that's like interesting because I'm just not not doing this with him. Like she had all the essentials except for the outlet. I'm just asking, like.
SPEAKER_13Yo, I wonder if she has to eat like a super healthy meal so it won't be hard.
SPEAKER_02I mean like logs. I'm sure that like, you know, she probably has to pay extra special attention to her digestive. Yeah, her digestive.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, because of course if they have to give her a booty hole, it doesn't automatically retract and stuff on its own.
SPEAKER_02She has like a colostomy bag as well. Um because she got shit in the bag.
SPEAKER_11Because she don't got no muscle there.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_11It's just the hole.
SPEAKER_13So it so when she unplugged, it's just not unplugged.
SPEAKER_11Why do you keep giving her a butt plug? That's horrible.
SPEAKER_02And people so disrespectful, they was like, oh, they wonder if she does anal, you know, like I mean, but there's no muscle, so if it it ain't gonna stretch back, that's there's no way you can't miss the hole.
SPEAKER_13Like there's no other hole. There's like she can't say wrong hole.
SPEAKER_02I mean that has to be so embarrassing, though. Like, I I actually did like feel bad for it.
SPEAKER_11But is there feeling?
SPEAKER_02Like that has been. And then for the back, you try to put your thumb you think and you put it in like a tube? Like, what the f anyway. Like growing up, like like she said, like going through school and everything.
SPEAKER_13And why would why would kindergarten fifth grade know that you have a no butthole? How how would people know?
SPEAKER_11How those kids kindergarten you still getting help going to the bathroom. Half those kids ain't 100% potty trained.
SPEAKER_13The kids ain't helping you.
SPEAKER_11No, but that's Pete the teacher. Teachers ain't gonna tell the kids, you know.
SPEAKER_13Hey, little Lucy, hey, shut up before I tell the kids.
SPEAKER_11Not about the kids, though. Just imagine they going home be like, babe. Or they're telling the other teacher. Yeah, like you know that kid right there ain't got no booty hole. That's crazy. Like, that's still it's still being talked about, regardless if it's the kids or not.
SPEAKER_02And I mean, you think like so, okay, you middle school, elementary, high school, you don't have the same setup. So, you know, like a lot of times, like people go to the bathroom with their friends or whatever, or yeah, but you gotta bend over for people to see your butthole.
SPEAKER_11Like, no, she probably could be in the bathroom, and instead of it just being a quiet thing, yeah. Like, if you got a colostomy bag, there's the chances of that to erupt on you, like them shit. It's a bag of shit.
SPEAKER_13So she had the uh. Bag, I mean, damn.
SPEAKER_02You gotta you imagine you find somebody like and you start dating, and you have to let them know that you gotta change my bag every now and then. Just be like, I hope like it wasn't on your calendar to want to do this because I don't really have the capacity to hold much more.
SPEAKER_13Like I don't think it's a bigger problem that she might think, man.
SPEAKER_11It's not a problem. It's uh self-esteem-wise, for okay.
SPEAKER_13That's embarrassing.
SPEAKER_11It is.
SPEAKER_02You'd be like, hey, do you know how they would be embarrassing if you didn't have a booty hole? Huh? If you weren't born with a booty hole, you wouldn't think you'd like you wouldn't feel you'd be mad, he'd be backed up. I got shit now. Yo, get the fuck out of here.
SPEAKER_11Sometimes I just shit just made my stomach turn.
SPEAKER_13Like yo, imagine her getting diarrhea and her stomach cramping, and she can't do anything about it.
SPEAKER_11Like she can. It goes into her Calosphy bag.
SPEAKER_13You know how that shit don't stop? Like you shit and then you stop, and then that shit comes back. Like you got. You gotta like have five bags on you.
SPEAKER_11No. Shut up with the five bags. You gotta get extra bags. Like I'm sure like medical-wise, they they have extra large bags of like that.
SPEAKER_13Diarrhea bags. For the incontinence.
SPEAKER_02So disrespectful. This is why people don't share. Exactly. Well, she said it on social media.
SPEAKER_11It's the wrong place to put. Well, she built up her confidence to be able to tell it. I'm better.
SPEAKER_13Something else built up.
SPEAKER_11Oh better pray you don't get a colostomy bag. Man, listen, at this point.
SPEAKER_13At this point, I'm about to get everything. Yo. Calostomy. You need a colostomy Down syndrome.
SPEAKER_11Nope. Absolutely not. So we're gonna move on.
SPEAKER_13Um my God, I'm getting yo no. But I'll be f financially secure. Because I have a book.
SPEAKER_11Yo. Um, so yo.
SPEAKER_13Okay.
The Car Nap Marriage Blowup
SPEAKER_11There's a there's a story, are you okay? No, he's not. Okay. There's a story that this lady, she wanted everybody to know that her husband comes home for work and sits in his car to have a quick, you know, nap. Yes. Um, so I just want your views on how she tells this portion of her story.
SPEAKER_09Sick and worried. And this man is sitting in this car. Really?
SPEAKER_11Really? Really? So she's approaching the window.
SPEAKER_09Seriously? Seriously?
SPEAKER_11That's exactly why he's in the car.
SPEAKER_09Why are you sleeping in the car?
SPEAKER_07I need some rest.
SPEAKER_09So why wouldn't you come inside?
SPEAKER_07Because I can't rest in here.
SPEAKER_09Is your life that difficult? Wait, is your life like that difficult? Why don't you come inside? For an hour you've been out here? You've been out here for an hour?
SPEAKER_12It looks like it.
SPEAKER_09Yo, the horns? Do you want me to bring you something?
SPEAKER_13Peace and quiet. Peace and quiet.
SPEAKER_09Come inside, baby. Come on.
SPEAKER_13Just close the door, please. Yo, the horns is crazy.
SPEAKER_09Well, I'm gonna come and sit next to you. No, bitch! Go sit somewhere else.
SPEAKER_13Is she about to get in the car for him?
SPEAKER_09Did you just lock the door? Open the door.
SPEAKER_13Yo, the horns? Yo.
SPEAKER_11So, so off of that now, she's been on social media again. I guess um, I think Joe Budden's podcast might have talked about it. Or Snoop said, somebody or whatever. He's divorcing her. And she's like social or Joe Budden's podcast and social media ruin her her marriage. No. No, ma'am. No. You did.
SPEAKER_13Yo, if I have to sit in my car for some peace and quiet, it's not me.
SPEAKER_11Did you hear the distress in the man's voice when he said, like, for the peace and quiet? Like he sounded.
SPEAKER_02Sometimes people don't understand that. Sometimes, like, just be their peace. But I can even say for myself, there's times that like I get home from work, I don't automatically just always jump right out the car. Sometimes I just want to kind of like decompress. And I will just kind of like sit in the car and whatever, scroll through my phone or whatever, and just kind of you want like a little solitude. Um, but for her to be coming out there, and now you so you know he's out there. You just not the first time. Right. Now you putting on a show. Now you want to talk about oh, your life that bad. This is not a therapy session.
SPEAKER_11And then I'll say I'm inside, baby.
SPEAKER_02What? Yeah. Then, oh, you want me to bring you something? No. Now, oh, I'm about to sit out here with you. So then the purpose of me sitting out here alone is no longer valid.
SPEAKER_11If you basically say, I don't give a fuck about how you feel.
SPEAKER_02So you want to sit and watch me sleep because I'm out here sleeping. Let me sleep.
SPEAKER_13Y'all imagine what she what she be saying when he get in the house. Oh, I know. Her voice sounds annoying. Very much so.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So I mean, I can see why it's resulting in divorce. And that's not social media. Social media helped his relationship. Because she's strong enough.
SPEAKER_11Yes, and she's complaining about it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. Cause I can only imagine what inside that house is like. That's why he stayed in the car for two hours.
SPEAKER_11I can only imagine, like two hours or one? No, he probab he no, she I think she said he was in it two hours. I thought.
SPEAKER_02I thought she said one.
SPEAKER_11Oh.
SPEAKER_02She probably counted down from the minute he pulled up in that car. You know, you know. She was in that window looking through the blinds. She looked like.
SPEAKER_11You can't, you probably got kids. You probably don't even them kids probably spoil running around the house.
SPEAKER_13You think you think she changed? Who? Like, the reason why he married her. She left. No. Oh. The reason why he married her maybe was because she wasn't doing that stuff. Like, you think sh that just with the the course of their marriage, she became a little bit uh, I don't know, um what's the word I'm looking for? I uh insecure. Insecure.
SPEAKER_11She sounds insecure, so maybe.
SPEAKER_13Or like the marriage heightened her insecurity.
SPEAKER_02I would say that it may have heightened it to an extent, but I believe that that's who she always has been. I believe that a lot of times people make um exceptions and excuses and tolerate certain behaviors from people for whatever reasons, because they're okay with it at the time. And so in the beginning, it might have been cute. In the beginning, it might have been something that oh so that's kind of a m- she'll move past that. It won't be a permanent thing that she always liked this. Right. Or it's not driving me so crazy that I don't want to go through with this relationship, and then now it's a bit too motherfucking much. And now I need to sit in my car, or I'm gonna go.
SPEAKER_13So that's a knock on him a little bit because he should have known.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah. And she tolerated him sleeping with his um his automobile. Hey.
SPEAKER_13Now she's mad. Okay. Be mad. I'm gonna be peaceful in my car.
SPEAKER_11And don't and don't blame uh somebody else, but you posted it.
SPEAKER_02Because if that's her reaction, does anybody really think that if he didn't sleep out there and he came inside work and went to go lay down, that that was going to be okay? Exactly. Right. Like what?
SPEAKER_11Baby, you're not paying attention to me.
Fuel Surcharges And Online Shopping Habits
SPEAKER_02I'm sad. I'm sad. So, you know, these uh these gas prices um that keep going up uh because of this damn war in Iran is uh going to now start affecting all of y'all um package princesses. So um FedEx, Amazon Prime, uh UPS, USPS, um, all of these services that uh deliver your packages starting April 17th, they're gonna be starting to charge a 3.5%. Well, some of them is different prices, but Amazon's gonna apply a 3.5% fuel surcharge. Um USPS is also implementing a temporary 8% price increase on certain shipments, including priority mail, starting April 26th. Um, this is all to combat the um high fuel prices uh that they're being charged, and so they're passing it on to the consumers. And as long as this um war in Iran continues, we're gonna start to continue to see a lot of changes and increases and prices on services. Um, do you think that this is gonna affect how much people are actually um shopping?
SPEAKER_13Nope. No, nope, not at all. Because people don't even want to go outside to go shopping on their own. Just because they put a couple fees in, they is not gonna stop them from they gonna pay them fees.
SPEAKER_11I agree. Just the same as people complaining about Netflix going up on their prices, but they ain't dropped it. They subscription yet.
SPEAKER_13So they're cheap. It's true. Like, I don't I don't order a lot of stuff, I only order things that I need, but that's not even gonna stop me. Like, if I gotta get something that I can't readily readily get from the store down the street and I and I need it within a few days, I'm I'll pay the fee. Yeah. Because that's I mean, that's what the norm is now. Yeah. Um, so where people are comfortable doing something that is so easy for them, it's it's wally all over again. It really is. It really is. It's wali. Like so.
SPEAKER_02And we're gonna pay continue to pay for the convenience.
SPEAKER_13And and then and then we're gonna complain about everything rising costs because but then we're gonna we're gonna accept it now, and then what they're gonna do is they're gonna make it the norm. Yeah, and then they're gonna raise it again.
SPEAKER_02As they continue to see that we're okay with the rising costs. Sneakers used to be$60. I just got a notification that my YouTube um subscription was going up. Yeah. And then um my Google, it was uh one of the Google um subscription things that I have, that that's going up. Um, yeah, like everyone is increasing.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02It's crazy. I don't know.
SPEAKER_11Which brings me to back in 1940. What one paycheck used to cover back then. Wow, what was your paycheck covered? Shut your ass up. Okay.
SPEAKER_13I mean, the way she said it the way she said it, it's almost like we back then, after prohibition. That's how she said it. Yeah. Motherfuckers I was gotta stretch shit out. My bad. We ain't gonna talk about that. Ignore your tub.
SPEAKER_11You just did.
SPEAKER_13No.
SPEAKER_11And that wasn't my tub.
SPEAKER_13I I'm not all the yeah, I should have said the tub. Yeah. The tub.
SPEAKER_02So what was the price of the city? Nine fucking.
SPEAKER_11Oh my god. I do this every time. Next. So what did the paycheck uh I already passed it? Use the cover and I moved on.
SPEAKER_13What would what did the paycheck used to do? I know it's like ten cents for like laundry or some shit. Right? Yeah. Something like that.
SPEAKER_11Maybe. No. No, I really passed it. I moved on.
SPEAKER_13So your house payment was sixty-nine dollars per month. House payment? What is a house payment? Like paid slaves or something? Average rent was forty-five dollars a month. Your car payment was thirty-three dollars a month. All grocery costs was twenty dollars per week. All utility bills. Um what was their utilities bills? Like, just a black person in a basement running a w running on a wheel? Like, what the fuck? What the fuck was there?
SPEAKER_02You get the fuck on my nerves.
SPEAKER_13What the fuck was a utility bill back then?
SPEAKER_02An electric bill.
SPEAKER_13Yeah?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_13It was us. We was utilities. Fuck wrong with them. Who found this shit? 1940? Movies for the family. 90 cents. Like the family. Who's going to the movie? What they gonna go see?
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_13What are they going to see?
SPEAKER_02What was Charlie Chaplin?
Would You Return The 10K
SPEAKER_13Yeah, Lynchin? Why are you like? And they got the nerve to have a black family in front of a white house. And this look at this black dude next to this high. Mm-mm.
SPEAKER_02So a Chick-fil-A employee found nearly$10,000 in cash inside the menu. Hey, I didn't find this. I was just during his shift. Um, and like the good Christian gal that he is for Chick-fil-A, instead of keeping it, he turned it in. So the teen says that he discovered two envelopes in their toilet, each labeled from different banks, and immediately knew something wasn't right. So after reviewing the footage, the owner of the money was eventually identified and came back to claim it.
SPEAKER_13Was he born in 1940?
SPEAKER_02He wiped and left everything on the floor. I don't understand. So the man offered the employee a$500 reward. See? That was a utility call. But he initially refused the reward, saying he was just doing what his faith taught him was right. He later accepted it after being encouraged to do so.
SPEAKER_11Because his mother got to him was like, bring your ass back to get that back.
SPEAKER_02Because what does your faith have to do with the fact that you did something nice and someone wanted to bless you? Reward you.
SPEAKER_11Because my faith don't tell me to be stupid and not take that money.
SPEAKER_02But I would have wanted a little more than$500 if I'm giving you back your$10K.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, that was kind of.
SPEAKER_02But if you were in the bathroom stall at work and you found two envelopes full of cash totaling$10,000, would you have to?
SPEAKER_13I never seen it. I've never seen no bags or envelopes. I don't know what you're talking about. Because back in 1940, there was a pair of shit. See what happens when you don't got us? Now we're taking it.
SPEAKER_11See now they had cameras outside that bathroom, so they know who went in, who went out. I would have called somebody as a come in here, hurry up as a freewheeling customer, come go use the bathroom. You just had a customer number in your pocket. Come in here as a customer.
SPEAKER_13So you'll call someone.
SPEAKER_11Yes, I will call someone and tell them to come in here as a customer and go to the bathroom.
SPEAKER_13I don't understand. Like you you popping your head out saying, yo, come in? Or you calling them on the phone?
SPEAKER_11What do you think? I'm trying to figure it out. I'm going to call somebody on their phone.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, I got you.
SPEAKER_11And tell them to come in as a customer.
SPEAKER_13Okay, gotcha.
SPEAKER_02But now that person's gonna be on camera. Yeah.
SPEAKER_11They would have to leave.
SPEAKER_13They still see you going to the bathroom.
SPEAKER_11Who? You they see you going in the bathroom? Yeah, I could go in the bathroom and be like, I don't know what you talk about because there's more than one stall. I don't mean I went in that stall. They don't have cameras inside the bathroom. They would have to prove it.
SPEAKER_13I'm trying to say how your plans would work. Like I'm trying to understand like why I call it because I'm keeping my job.
SPEAKER_02She's saying she would have gone in the bathroom, saw the money, and said, wait, there's cameras outside, so I can't take the money. Left out the bathroom, called someone to come up to be an employer. I'm pretend to be a customer. Go into the bathroom and get the money.
SPEAKER_13So that way So you're calling whoever you're calling is not really a friend?
SPEAKER_11Well, I would let them know not to show their face on the camera.
SPEAKER_13Oh. Oh my.
SPEAKER_11Not go in the bathroom and look up like, ah, I'm about to go get this body.
SPEAKER_03Alright, cool.
SPEAKER_13I never seen it. Yeah. I mean, they would have to prove. They gotta prove that I I went into that stall and took it.
SPEAKER_02Like unless you was the only other person that went into the bathroom that day.
SPEAKER_13Very true.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_13Never seen it. Or I could just be like, well, it wasn't there when I went in there.
SPEAKER_11But you were the only one who went in.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but it it wasn't there. But that custody proved that he had a 10, you know,$10,000 worth of cash that he left left in the bathroom.
SPEAKER_11Right, because it would have been short.
SPEAKER_13Or I could be like, yo, you ain't need nothing in the bathroom.
SPEAKER_11I wasn't there. Yeah. Somebody left this. Yeah. Like, oh, I had more money than I. This is all I found. This is all I found. Oh. Good 5k in my pocket. In my pocket.
SPEAKER_02Aha mess. Well, I mean, good for him for being a um a good Samaritan. Yeah, and being morally right. I wonder what that money was for, though.
SPEAKER_13It probably had deposits. He said it was from it was from Hold up.
SPEAKER_02The money was from more than one bank. The envelope was a different bank.
SPEAKER_13That he he got it from, or he was bringing two? Oh, you don't know that detail. Yeah, yeah, don't know that detail. Because I know some businesses, well, it'd be in a pouch. He might he might have gone gone and took a withdrawal. Right. And have those little envelopes with money in it. But why?
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm I'm curious of. Yeah. Because it had to be this person's personal money in order to take$500 from it and give it to him as a reward. Yeah, yeah. It couldn't be like, oh, this was my job's money I was supposed to be depositing. You just passing out reward money from the city.
SPEAKER_13If it was somebody's personal money, you beat.
SPEAKER_11First of all, that shit he took in the bathroom must have been something special. Maybe he didn't have a booty hole.
SPEAKER_13Y'all. He was purchasing a new booty hole with that 10K and forgot. You know what?
SPEAKER_02He was purchased in a super size colostomy bag.
SPEAKER_13Well, good for you guy. Yeah. You're on your$500.
Train Hits Bus And Florida Madness
SPEAKER_11Yo. So did you guys? I know I seen it on my local news channel. Um, Florida, back in the news again. The Florida school bus driver charged with 29 counts of child neglect after a train hits the bus.
SPEAKER_13I seen that on the news. That bitch did not care.
SPEAKER_11No. And the crazy part is she said she wasn't gonna stop for no damn train. That's what she said. Who says that?
SPEAKER_13Florida. The video, yo, if she didn't she didn't pull up that little bit, the whole back of the bus. Them kids is dead. Yeah. And them kids are so damn stupid. Yo, they standing up in the back of the damn bus. Talk about the trade. Like little Billy, move, little nigga. Like, move. Go up. Like, why are you going back there? That's the problem, wonder, little nigga.
SPEAKER_11I know. They probably would have jumped on the bus. Okay. This bitch crazy. She looked like a Psychopath though.
SPEAKER_02Well, I mean, she looked like she was on.
SPEAKER_13Like she looked like uh she looked like she didn't care. She looked like she was trying to stay in her car for an hour and was getting disturbed by her husband and get no rest and was like, fuck this. She looked like she was sick of these kids.
SPEAKER_11Yeah. She was like, fuck this shit. And probably their parents.
SPEAKER_13Fuck this bus. I'm done with this shit.
SPEAKER_11That's wild though.
SPEAKER_03She don't give a fuck.
SPEAKER_02So if you guys had to um delete one of these things forever and could never use them again. Soap? Lotion? Toothpaste or deodorant? Which one would you delete forever and never be able to use again? Soap? Lotion, toothpaste, or deodorant? I say deodorant.
SPEAKER_11And why? Because I mean you got soap.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Mister? You looked a little mind-boggling.
SPEAKER_11I'm gonna say this why? Because I know how long my body can go without deodorant.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_13You tested it?
SPEAKER_11No. I'm just saying, I'm not with a good 24 hours. Because you have certain people that sweat profusely. So they're they constantly need deodorant like that. Like no. And then some people who sweat, they sweat stink. Not everybody sweats stink. That's true. So you know, I and if you smell yourself, there's some soap, there's some water. Get up under there and clean it. I'm not gonna be without soap.
SPEAKER_13I don't know. This is stuff I use all four. Um, but you know you're gonna be without lotion. I was gonna say, I've gone without lotion plenty times. Vaseline does very well.
SPEAKER_11That was the last one of the episodes we had. You don't even lotion your cheeks. Why?
SPEAKER_02Why am I lotion in my cheeks? You might be in a slip and slap contest with that. With a thong on?
SPEAKER_13Why is my ass cheeks out? No, man, it's covered. I could go without I could go without lotion.
SPEAKER_02The string from the thong is pearls. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yellow.
SPEAKER_02I would go without lotion. Yeah. Um you really don't need it. Like, yeah, I just have to skin.
SPEAKER_13You can't see no ass on you. You're not yellow.
SPEAKER_02I just felt like the other things, um, for me. It's essential. They without them, there comes other issues. Yes. Um, one smell just being one of them. I'm not going without toupees. Um like in the deuterine, like that ginger violets kicked in, yeah. But I feel like there's other ways to tend to your skin without lotion, um, especially dependent on the soap that you use. Get a get an aloe plant. Mm-hmm. Throw some cocoa, uh, some cocoa butter on there, some coconut oil, some. I had some Yeah, I'm sure you had some cocoa nuts in your throat.
SPEAKER_13Wow. Wow.
SPEAKER_11Well, that's the same thing with deodorant, though.
SPEAKER_13Like, you could use alternative stuff instead of the I I just I just never I I never risk it. I'm I when I was young, boy, I mean deodorant was scarce. And I was so were all your friends. I was told, man, they told my ass up. Nigga, like, you stink motherfucker. Like, I didn't I didn't know no no better. I was young.
SPEAKER_02So um they did like uh there was a survey on it, and three percent of the people who did the survey said soap. Um, two percent said toothpaste, 13% said deodorant, and then 82% said lotion.
SPEAKER_11Um Who the fuck said no soap? I know who said that.
SPEAKER_13I know, I know white people doing white things. That's funny.
SPEAKER_02So, Nene, like for yours, so um, someone said you know deodorant because you can literally use a lemon or a lemon glycolic acid and bacon soda. Who's rubbing a lemon on an underpit?
SPEAKER_11I meant bacon powder, not bacon soda.
SPEAKER_13You use lemon?
SPEAKER_11Who me?
SPEAKER_13Yeah. Have you heard of bacon? Have you heard of the phone?
SPEAKER_11I haven't heard of the lemon, but I've heard of like bacon soda, like you do a bacon soda paste. You put cocaine under your eyes?
SPEAKER_02Someone else said if you pick anything other than lotion, you're dirty. Um but how does Oh, I get what they say. I've that went over my head. Um someone said that they're picking deodorant because they don't stink. It's just interesting to see where people's um minds are, yeah, their thoughts are when it comes to the state.
SPEAKER_13Soap and water can can only go so far uh depending on where you live. Like if it's hot as fuck, like that's soap and water ain't gonna have to be Mozambique.
SPEAKER_11Like I need deodorant. Yeah, for real. Again, like I said, there's different alternatives for deodorant on my crackling skin. Yeah, but I'm gonna do it for these pork rhymes. Just like I said, there's different alternatives for lotion. It's the same thing for deodorant. Yes, that's true, but not soap. Like I can't replace your ass. What's going on?
SPEAKER_13Can't polish a turd. You need soap, motherfucker.
Usher And Chris Brown Tour Hype
SPEAKER_02I can't polish a turd. Get out of here.
SPEAKER_11I can't. That's crazy. Um, so real quick, Chris Brown and Usher coming out with an RB tour. What? Woohoo! Now I go see that.
SPEAKER_02I love the fact that um They finally I know and that the RB tour stands for their last names for Raymond and Brown. That's crazy. The Raymond and Brown tour. But it's not. Did you make that up or that's what it is?
SPEAKER_11No, that's what it is. Yeah, see that. I didn't even catch that. That's clever. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But I think this tour is going to be Thank you, Tanking Tyrese. And they're actually doing a thing themselves, too. Bring RB back, please. I don't know. Um, but this tour's gonna be absolutely crazy. It's probably gonna be one of the largest. Yeah. I don't even know how. Like, this tour is gonna be six days in each city because Chris Brown does like 85 songs. And Usher has a huge catalog.
SPEAKER_13So this is a uh uh versus tour. You see what I'm saying? Like everybody wanted them to do a versus, you gonna get this shit in in tour format.
SPEAKER_11And they got songs together, so that's what's crazy. I think it's gonna be just like how to brand the monica. Yeah, that's gonna be dope. I'd go see that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, people were fighting up, they're gonna be fighting over these tickets.
SPEAKER_11You know they're gonna be high too.
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm. And then think. And then they're gonna pay for those high prices. The backstage passes and the meet and greets. Yo, shut your ass up.
SPEAKER_13The meet and greets are gonna be crazy. Freaky as hell.
SPEAKER_02I don't know. I probably pay for a meet and beat.
Remy Ma’s Response Track Debate
SPEAKER_11Um, but Chris Chris Brown meet and greets alone be like a thousand and up. Yeah. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, you're gonna get both of them.
SPEAKER_02Usher Brown.
SPEAKER_03Usher Brown.
SPEAKER_02Did you guys um hear Remy Ma's uh her track she came out with addressing Pap Plus? Get over it. Clarissa. Yeah, get over it.
SPEAKER_11I thought. Can you say that though? Because Clarissa's still been coming at Remy Bot. Because she's been absolutely quiet. No. She has not been quite like they stretched that out and she was like, okay.
SPEAKER_02And so she was like, all right, enough is enough. Um the whole thing's cringy, though. They could just all of them could stop. Yeah, but do you how do you stay relevant? True.
SPEAKER_05Oh, now it's so so playing bobo's bitch. You get a bullet through your shirt with a logo with nervous niggas from claiming that they won't go sick. When they whole career, they ain't never ghost for shit. Not for me or anybody else. You always actin' like you help a nigga, go help yourself. See, I like you ain't even write this. I mean, can't really brag enough, but don't talk about prices. When your bag is up, you keep talking numbers, but the numbers sound like Rimmy Mano.
SPEAKER_13This does not sound like Rimmy Ma.
SPEAKER_05Getting money when they googling your net worth. I'm a motherfucking expert. Now, how you talking out your neck when I know how your nigga network. I know you really hate my guts, cause you bitches really ugly, can't make this up. They calling me Slim Rim, but my weight is up. They tellin' me I should wait, nigga. Wait for what? The weight is up. Look, it's time. So if you see me with it, bitch, it's mine. When these really bragging up.
SPEAKER_11Actually, I probably I would say I think that is Remy. Because that's probably her rap style.
SPEAKER_13Yuck. Listen, I I I I ain't either hit, I ain't no rapper. I I've I've wrote some stuff. I never made it on Remy Ma's level. I will never touch her boots. But that ain't it. I don't think it was bad. I I've heard better from Remy Ma's.
SPEAKER_11But I in her defense, which really not, but in my opinion, would you really, really go that hard on like them?
SPEAKER_13I wouldn't even it doesn't give me a freestyle that does not include them, and I'll think this.
SPEAKER_11But I feel like because you gotta think about it too, and in in for her, that you always have people in your camp. When you trying to ignore shit, and people keep coming out with stuff, and you got people keep saying stuff to you, like, ah, they keep doing this, you're gonna come out with something. It might not have been like But I feel like she touched on specific things that they were bothering her about.
SPEAKER_13Okay.
SPEAKER_02And so she was like either debunking certain things or highlighting certain things, or put that energy in a single, in an album.
SPEAKER_13I would love to hear a Remy Ma album. I would love to hear it in an album, more not so hyper-focused on them. But give me a project. Give me a project. Because everybody else uses it as a rollout.
SPEAKER_11She's not really producing the project, and maybe she just wanted to get this out the way because it's interrupting her. Because it could be bothering her. That's a thing that like Clarissa Shields and Papuuso bothered by Remy. Why she can't be bothered by them? It's natural human behavior. And and and regardless of whether it was hot or not.
SPEAKER_13I'd rather uh Remy my album. Give me give me an album. Give me a single. Cause I already know, I already, I heard the story already. We already heard the story. Like, they could go back and forth all they want. Like, give me a banger that give me a uh a Kendrick Lamar uh the shit he did with Drake. She ain't Kendrick. Give me a version. Like, give me your version of that. Give me a day that like a Remy Ma version. You see what I'm saying? Like turn it into that. I mean, this, I mean Well, she ain't saying nothing. I'm not, yeah. I'm not saying she ain't body this shit, but I I'm I've heard this already. I want, I want, I want to hear what Remy Ma used to do. I would like not I don't want no old shit, but Remy Ma got some she could she's a killer. Give me some shit. Like give me a single, give me an EP, give me an LP, give me something.
SPEAKER_02I don't want to hear this. But is that any different than everybody still happen to listen to 50 and Jaru go back and forth with each other over the last year? Well, 50 don't rap anymore. So that that's I'm not talking about rapping. I'm saying we we know the story, we know the battles, we know the beef. We still have to keep dealing with different things.
SPEAKER_13The difference with that is 50's not rapping. This is all social media.
SPEAKER_02I'm not talking about rapping, I'm saying you you know the story. Yeah, but I'm talking about her.
SPEAKER_13She's still rapping. Give me an EP. Give me some. If you're gonna rap, give me something more of a like a like a single or uh album or something like that.
SPEAKER_02Well, this is a uh a freestyle.
SPEAKER_13I don't know if this is. No, this is just a freestyle. I don't know what else could be longer. This is just a freestyle. So I'm I'm and and she wouldn't put her album.
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm saying. No, I'm saying this could be there's she could have a longer uh what I'm saying is uh clips.
SPEAKER_13I don't want I don't want this from her. I don't because we know the story here. And I don't if she's gonna rap the story. No, no. What I'm saying is if she's going to rap, rap about give me an EP, give me a single, give me a this not like that's they not like us type shit. You know what I'm saying? Don't give me this, because we already heard this story and it's in a freestyle.
SPEAKER_02You are speaking from your point of view.
SPEAKER_13As a music head, as a music head that want to hear what you what I know what Rimmy Mod could really do.
SPEAKER_02There's a lot of people out there who are I'm not debunking that. I'm not I'm not debunking that all she's doing this for the masses.
SPEAKER_13I'm not debunking that at all. Um what I'm saying is cool that you did that. I would rather her give me a single that is not only beneficial for her on a long one, like a this not like us, how Kendrick did, and follow it up with a banging ass album with the stuff that you've been going through other than uh or including this.
SPEAKER_02I don't think anything stops her from doing that though.
SPEAKER_13You're not understanding what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_02I understand exactly what you said.
SPEAKER_13No, I'm saying you say the point in her doing. I don't mind. No, no. First of all, I say I don't mind her doing this. I would rather get something. I would rather want something. I would rather want something else.
SPEAKER_02That's what I just said.
SPEAKER_13So I don't understand what you said.
SPEAKER_02But there's nothing stopping her from doing that.
SPEAKER_13I'm not saying there's nothing stopping her doing that. I'm not I'm not saying that at all. I said I would rather her give me something like a dis not like us in this in this situation.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_13But I don't mind her doing this at all.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_13That's all I'm saying. But what's saying that she won't do that though? Okay, but for this, I'm talking about this, this right here.
SPEAKER_02I would rather-but oh, taste this because I'm about to calm my drink.
SPEAKER_13As as a as a if she's coming out like this, I would rather it be that than this. If it's coming, then it's coming. But this right here, I would rather it be this.
SPEAKER_02But for those that don't know her or know her rapping or what have you, this is a taste of it.
SPEAKER_13That's cool. That's them. Uh for me.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but see, if I want to grab fans or people who've got it. I'm not discounting that at all.
SPEAKER_13I'm not just I'm not discounting that at all. Me, I would rather her give me a uh actual single album. No, I get that. I get what I get. That's it. That's it. That's all I'm saying.
SPEAKER_02I'm just saying from from the perspective of what she's doing, I don't personally see anything wrong with it.
SPEAKER_13Me neither. Yeah. That's that's not what I'm saying. But I'm I I agree with that. What's next?
SPEAKER_02Her single.
SPEAKER_12Which I would rather this would be. That's what I'm saying. I'd rather this be her single.
SPEAKER_11So for me, I mean, her response to Clarissa Shields, who's been like going ape shit, making her way off of proving points about how she's better than Remy anyway. Um I think it was warranted.
SPEAKER_13Did you hear did you hear the current Carissa Shields rap? I sure did. Like that was like that was uncomfortable. Like I stick to what you know. You box and talk shit.
SPEAKER_11But that's my point. Yeah, that's the point. She's like, she's basically trolling. So it's just a res like a response. Like that's just her response. I'm not disagreeing with you or nothing. I'm off of y'all whole topic. I'm just talking about what I'm just saying off of it. Like, that's it. I don't which is cool. Yeah, so I'm just talking. Um I just feel like she could have came. I mean, honestly, the energy of it for me, I don't think she should have warranted Clarissa nothing.
SPEAKER_02I'm curious. In my opinion.
SPEAKER_11Huh?
SPEAKER_02I said I'm curious if Papoose might say something.
SPEAKER_11At this point, nobody should say anything. They all should just shut up. It's something that they've been dragging for forever.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they've been dragging it since she got out.
SPEAKER_11And um she said her what she wanted to say.
SPEAKER_13Dragging what since she since she was. They've been battling since she got out of jail.
SPEAKER_02Who and Papus.
SPEAKER_13Her and Papus?
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_13They was cool for a while before they got. Yeah, she for a little bit.
SPEAKER_02They weren't really cool.
SPEAKER_11They did their little TV show. Yeah, I mean, I'm saying, like right after they had a joke. And then they had the baby. Yeah, right after they got jailed. Yeah. Didn't seem so the baby she didn't want.
SPEAKER_02Publicly didn't seem so. Exactly. A lot of stuff is done for certain purposes, but she said that repeatedly. She ain't like, it's not what everybody thought it was for a very long time. They don't know that.
SPEAKER_13I mean, they didn't make they didn't make it public when she got out of jail like that. No, they had a whole show. I know. Like, I'm saying they like it was we didn't publicly, we nobody but in the public knew that when she got out of jail. Everybody was riding for their relationship. They was all over the place when she got out of jail.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, after the fact, but like when she got out of jail, it was we didn't No, I'm speaking to the fact that we know now that shit wasn't.
SPEAKER_13Oh no, I'm saying you said people knew that since she got out of jail. That's what I'm saying. We know that this shit was. Oh, okay. You know, we didn't know that when actually she got out of jail, but yeah. I thought that that's what you meant.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm saying we know like everything wasn't roses and and rainbows with their relationship for a long time now. We know that now. Like, regardless of what they was um putting out there in the Will Smith and Jada Pinkett was putting out that they been married happily for the last 37 years. We know now that that wasn't the fucking case.
Will And Jada And The Cost Of A Facade
SPEAKER_13Speaking of that, speaking of that, Will and Jada shit. Like, do I got a topic on that? Yo, it so what I'm understanding, because I don't, after the whole slap thing, right? He hasn't been sleeping, he hasn't been at the house.
SPEAKER_02He hasn't been at the house before that.
SPEAKER_13Oh, so that all that time he wasn't at the house this whole time.
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm saying. It was a show that they've been putting on as if their relationship has been solid.
SPEAKER_13Because yeah, I think she have not shared a house in a very long time. So that round table shit, they was in the same, they wasn't living in the same house? No. After she was fucking what uh They always fucking August. The kids too.
SPEAKER_02Grandma though? I wouldn't I wouldn't put it by the kids though. No, I you definitely put on whatever show they want you to have at the time.
SPEAKER_13Yeah. Well, being famous, right, and being in the public eye and having to keep up a facade, you don't think that's normal for them to do?
SPEAKER_02Not if you want to just be real. Like, why why lead the world on that y'all's relationship is so great.
SPEAKER_13But why it's not? But why would they why would anybody in the world need to know? So they keep up with it.
SPEAKER_02I'm not saying that we need to know. I'm saying what's going to keep up the facade of you putting on the facade.
SPEAKER_13So they don't have to tell the world that's anything wrong because they don't want to be in the public eye with it.
SPEAKER_02And then when you don't, others do, which is why now you got friends running around putting your business out there when you could have just not lied in the first fucking place.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, this whole thing blew up out of water because of August Alcina says something in the like it's- Then you got Will's best friend sharing news.
SPEAKER_02You got this person sharing news. You could have just said, hey, we've been separate, we're separated. Or you could have just like you don't have to put your business out there, but you don't have to lie either.
SPEAKER_13There's a difference. Lie based on what other people say?
SPEAKER_02No, I'm saying like you're you're perpetuating this lie that the two of you are happily married. Everybody thinks that you and your family, y'all still living and coexisting with each other and that y'all eating each other out every night. And yet when y'all showing up at these award shows and all of these events, you guys are coming from two different fucking cities essentially, and they're meeting up around the corner and coming in, taking pictures with each other, acting like everything. Will and Jada because everybody is like, oh my God, Will and Jada has been the perfect couple, perfect relationship for fucking ever. And this bitch has made so much fame and fortune off of the city. She has a perfect fucking marriage.
SPEAKER_13So who do you think came up with the plan to do that?
SPEAKER_02Jada.
SPEAKER_11100%.
SPEAKER_02And he has just been like, you know what, do whatever. I don't give a fuck. And it's like, why lie? I get why people lie, but I'm just saying. Well, why was she to lie? Because now you get yourself into all of this extra shit. When you allow people to make would it be would it be her lie or their lie?
SPEAKER_13Would it be her lie and Will kind of went with it?
SPEAKER_02Or is it? No, it's their lie. It's their lie. Because when you if you allow if you allow somebody to lie about you or for you, then there's your lie too. But you're in a marriage, so you gotta ride with your but they weren't.
SPEAKER_13They were just not together.
SPEAKER_11They were separated.
SPEAKER_13But they still were married. Right.
SPEAKER_11But still.
SPEAKER_13Separation is a separation. Well Wilkes say they still married. And act as such. I mean, there's still people who who still love the sanctity of right marriage. And even though he's over there, he's still gonna ride for his marriage, right? Because I'm sorry. You out here giving marital advice. Yeah, that that's crazy.
SPEAKER_11That's wild. Like and was and and had people in their feelings, like and people, let me ask, is people still riding with Jada?
SPEAKER_13Like, or are they crucifing her?
SPEAKER_11It's probably 55 minutes.
SPEAKER_02No, I mean, yeah, like she still has her she is she she's doing good. I'm not even like I'm not even like bashing Jada per se. I'm just saying the choices they make. Yeah. Yeah, I got you. It's like, come on.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_02We all know your kids are crazy. We all know y'all got like y'all family in general. There's just a really crazy makeup of what you guys do and the things that y'all accept, which is perfectly fine because y'all could do whatever. But it's just weird. It's just weird. And then you throwing all these lies on top of that. And then she comes out talking about that um Chris Rock, then asked her out right after the on a date, yeah.
SPEAKER_13Yeah. I heard that's that's what made me bring this it up. Like, why, why? So if she would have kept that to herself and it would have leaked later, like Nah, son ain't right about that.
SPEAKER_11That's what I'm saying. Like you said, I guarantee you, Chris Rock asked her before that. Will got a hold of that. That's why that nigga slapped him.
SPEAKER_02Like the timeline is fucked up. He needed a reason to be able to slap her. And so by him making that joke, it was like, well, this might go across smoother with everybody because I'm defending my wife. Yeah. For her health sake. She ain't even give a damn that he was talking about her alopecia. She probably fucked all his friends. Oh my god. I think the reason they separated is because she didn't think that he was gonna enjoy August as much as she did because she liked July.
SPEAKER_11That's just my thoughts.
SPEAKER_13Uh she had probably more months of the year.
SPEAKER_11Please. Absolutely not.
SPEAKER_02So um did have you guys been paying attention to this brandy um memoir stuff? Who? Brandy.
SPEAKER_11No, I haven't. I haven't been attention to the latest concern.
SPEAKER_02Did you see? I heard some stuff. I don't I don't so she I gotta read the damn memoir. I have to read it because now I'm very much intrigued. Yeah. Um and she's not holding back. No, no, she's not. Now she, you know, she started talking about, you know, during the uh her Aphrodisiac album time and working with um Kanye. Oh. You're going straight to Kanye? Oh, I was gonna Okay. Well, you know, she's she's uh called out Dark Child. Yeah, like there's a few. Um, but she started talking about um Kanye and how he um pretty much she feels like got played and her voice was taken away as far as certain control and power and decision making on some of the songs that was being put out. And um it's it it's very interesting. And I know, you know, like I'm sure you will say that, you know, coming from the industry, that that's just how shit happens sometimes.
SPEAKER_13Oh no. Um wait a minute. Wait, first of all, I don't know what you're like what you specifically for.
SPEAKER_02So she talks about um the different uh there were two placements that uh they had offered Kanye on her album. And she was speaking about some of the um the vocals and stuff, or how she wanted to, how she wanted her vocals to be on um one of the songs. Now one of the songs on that album was it was uh the what's name song? It was a big one, the one that Kanye did, um Oh my god. Oh yeah, um What's the name of the damn song?
SPEAKER_03Oh yes, yeah, that was a huge hit for them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, um and she was saying, like, there's no denying that the records came out like dope, but the disagreement over like the version in the final cut was a power struggle, and Kanye was fighting her on which version was gonna go out. She wanted a different a different mix of the vocals, and she said they were going back and forth for days, and she had refused to make any concessions about how her voice was being presented, which I would think as the artist, she would have some sort of you know, a little control over that. Um sometimes you don't know him being him being the other artist on the song, I think he was also the producer. She um well he's not the only producer, but he pretty much was like, I'm gonna do whatever I want. And he she said that uh she said specifically she said to him um about how her voice was being presented. She says he barely looked up from the soundboard and said, Nah, I can't do that. His eyes met mine, unflinching, and says, Um, a challenge in their depths. And he had a smirk. He said, I can't because I already turned it in. And I asked what he meant by that, and he shrugged, turning back to his work as though the conversation was already over, and said, You'll be all right, with a smug grin. And that a minor disagreement turned into stripping away um, she says, her agency of this personal project that she was putting out. But she couldn't afford to be upset because she still had to do video shoots with him, she still had to do promotions with him, because they both was on this single, um, both of these artists. And she said she had promised Atlantic executive G. Robertson that um she would return the favor and do a record on Kanye's sophomore album, Late Registration. So she kind of just swallowed her pride and went through with doing all of this other business with Kanye, even though he kind of screwed her over without her um her consent.
SPEAKER_13There's a fine line with taking things personally and business of music.
SPEAKER_02That's what I was saying. I feel like you would say like this is kind of what like that realm of that world.
SPEAKER_13So it's so as an audio engineer who who produced records, someone like Kanye and the audio engineer, they hear something. They they might hear as a singer, as an artist, and a performer, you want to be you want to be portrayed by your talents in the proper light, right? Because you you've created an image, you created a sound that people love to hear, especially if you're branding the vocal Bible, right? So there's a sound that you want to give out to the public. But there's stuff that they don't hear that audio engineers hear, that producers hear, especially if they're creating the track, they kind of hear kind of certain frequencies, certain uh uh keys, certain certain things that it's probably unorthodox to uh artists or a singer, and you know what I'm saying? So there I I've been in a lot of head butt type of things, be like, yo, trust me, this this this is it, this will this will do it. And there's like no, I don't I don't want that. I I I kind of sound like this, and it's like that sound is what's gonna make this actually work. Cause you don't want to overdo something that already sounds perfect, and a lot of artists, period, are overthinkers and they're overdoers, or they don't they don't they don't think it's quite right. And so they will re-record and re-record and re-record and re-record and and to a point where it's like, yo, we had the perfect take the first time. Because sometimes artists don't believe that they can get the perfect take sometimes the first time, and there or it could be 90%, and it's like, yo, we could fix this other other piece and then re-record the other piece, and it kind of comes out just as good, and we're like, we can keep that, and they they would just keep going. I've I've been in studio sessions over 16 hours recording a singer who's who I mean we could get damn near get over 200 tracks on a on a fucking Pro Tools thing, and it's like, why do you need so many? But they're so self-conscious on how they want to sound. So I can understand both parts of this.
SPEAKER_02Would you say, like doing that, that um if that was you, you would have gone about it the way he did? So yes and no.
SPEAKER_13Because at some point it's sort of like, yo, we could be doing this all day and this is a hit, and there's no bringing, so I I'm gonna just I'd rather hear I'd rather uh say sorry later than ask for permission now type stuff. But we don't know how she was talking to him either. That's what I'm saying. But it but I don't think that that really matters. Well, with the with the dark child thing, it does.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm talking about I don't think it matters how she was talking to him.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, in this instance, I think she was just really, really passionate about trying to keep what her sound was.
SPEAKER_02Right. And I think it matters of you having a conversation and y'all disagreeing. Yes. I think that's perfectly okay. Yes. And then within the conversation, you're like, no, this is it, and I think that's how we're gonna do it. I think that's different than you having a conversation. The last thing that we said was, no, I wanna do it like this, and then I think later that, oh, sorry. I already done I already sent that shit in, so it don't matter what the people think. I think that that's totally different.
SPEAKER_13But here's the thing that conversation wasn't just that day. Oh no, she said it. Yeah, she said it. I guarantee you they had that conversation multiple times over multiple weeks, over multiple probably months of them recording that, and there's times like, yo, I'm telling you, this is it.
SPEAKER_02So why not say, I know, I know you don't agree, but I'm gonna submit it like this.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, because it's the industry and it's Kanye, it's gonna go that way. And Kanye is.
SPEAKER_13Kanye is the hottest, the hottest thing smoking right now. At that time. You think what I'm saying? Yeah, this was like Yeah, at that time, he was the hottest thing smoking, right? Everybody wanted a track from Kanye. And this is after his first album, which was a mega, mega hit successful, and going into a late uh registration, which is another classic fucking album. Kanye got classic albums when he first came out. So he is smoking hot right now. So no matter what you say, he has the green, he had the green light, you understand, at this time. So Do you think he would have been able to do that to Beyonce?
SPEAKER_11So to play off of that question, her father.
SPEAKER_13I'm gonna answer that question, but go ahead.
SPEAKER_11I feel like her father, I don't think he would have, because I feel like her father has stuff set in place where stuff like that can't possibly happen.
SPEAKER_13What were you talking about?
SPEAKER_02Beyonce.
SPEAKER_11The manager part of it.
SPEAKER_13Like so when you think about his Beyonce point? Oh you're gonna be.
SPEAKER_11See, when you think about it, this is just my opinion though. When you think about it, right when you think about it, um although Brandy was somebody big at that time, um that just made me lose my own process. Oh my god. Uh but anyway, I feel like this whole thing that Brandy is doing is it's basically just c pointing out the stuff that I think a lot of artists deal with.
SPEAKER_13Personally, she felt robbed. She felt robbed that her voice was stripped because she wanted to do something with that record that wasn't agreed upon. And sometimes it that shit happens, and but it's done in the purpose of putting the best product out, and we might just have to move, and I I'll I'll I'll apologize later for it, type thing. Um because that record was the hottest thing smoking.
SPEAKER_11She says that though. She says, she says, although the record it was a hit and it was good, she was like, this is just how she felt at that moment. Right.
SPEAKER_13So it was it was personal to her. Right. It wasn't she wasn't thinking about business aspect of it. So I I understand it. I don't Kanye Kanye probably I wouldn't do it. You know what I'm saying? I would come to some kind of thing, but if I think if I think it's the one and we're not moving, and with these, you got deadlines. You gotta pass the project in, you gotta do all this, you got like there's things that happen for albums to be released, and you gotta pass this project in. I don't I don't mind Kanye saying, look, I'm making an executive decision, this is going.
SPEAKER_02So that's what I um what if it flopped? Oh well that because you would have to take you have to take the hit for that. But would he?
SPEAKER_13I'm sure. But again, I saw uh from at some capacity, because again, at that time he's the hottest thing in the streets right now. You know what I'm saying? He that he's smoking. Like he's smoking, bro. So they probably wouldn't even they probably wouldn't even it would affect Brandy more than it would affect him.
SPEAKER_02I think personally, if he had said, like you just said, like, look, I'm making an executive decision and we about to just submit this shit. Yeah, I think her personal feeling, she probably would have felt the same way, but I think there would have been a little more respect. Yeah, I think that it lacked the respect aspect of you doing some shit like that, and then gonna smirk in my motherfucking face like yeah, get over it. Yeah, I'm gonna punch you in the back of your head.
SPEAKER_03Like, the way he did it.
SPEAKER_02The way he did it is crazy. That's what I'm saying. The way he did it. That's why I was like, would you have done it that way?
SPEAKER_13Like I would have been like, yo, this has to go, and I I would have talked it out on reasons why I'm gonna submittance this project. Like, yo, I understand your resolve. Understand, I know best. Yeah, I understand your resolve here, but I'm I'm telling you sonically, this shit works.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, that still stings too though, right?
SPEAKER_02It is what it is. No singer, no artist. I think you could have a little more respect as the artist, knowing that the engineer or the producer or whatever, having that type of conversation, even though it stings, yeah, understanding that they they may know a little bit more or whatever.
SPEAKER_11And it is the truth, but as a as an artist, you don't want to hear that ever. Right. So it really it wouldn't have mattered how it came out, if it came out in a good way, if it came out in a bad way. Oh no, I mean like I don't have to come out instead of not coming out.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, I listen, I've been on both ends, I've been on both ends of that decision where it it was good and it was bad. Like I've made it like this gotta go because I think it's it sounds great, and then it the response to it wasn't wasn't what we expected. And I have to take that on the chin, like yo, I thought it was a hot record. I thought it's this so it you you do hang your hat on certain certain things, and sonically, songs songs hit different to different people. It does, and I was actually gonna touch on that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it it's it's just because that's one of my least favorite songs from Brandy that I I don't listen to. I skip it.
SPEAKER_13I and I like it. Only because it's a bad song, but I'm like I'm saying the track is the for the hip-hop heads, the the track and how he jumps on it and how she sings it, I think is is dope. I got that on my playlist, right? Um, but for an RB head that's used to a brandy album, that's not what you're not hitting for me. It wasn't. I think that's what she was standing for. Right, right. Because she came in on some really RB singing singers. Like, so to kind of hip-hop it out and stuff like that and and change the sonically how she sounds, I can see why she was standing on what she was standing on. But at the I again, at the time, music was changing. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? So a lot of a lot of that RB hip-hop type things was happening. Yeah, so it's like we're ahead of the curve. You got me, Kanye. I just dropped this fire ass album. I've been I've been making records for singers and all this all here before. I got John Legend as a writer. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_02Like, and they needed to keep her relevant with the hood Monica.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because Monica was coming out real hood girl, half rap, half song.
SPEAKER_13So we need to we need to keep up with who you you're rival with at the time. And I'm not saying rival as but you have to keep up with who's in that space with you. And Monica is killing. So how are we gonna combat that? Is we gonna compare you up with Kanye and make make something happen.
SPEAKER_02So because I actually like the other song she did with Kanye.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, she did a couple. Um, damn, why I can't think of none of the names of the damn song. That's how bad you don't fuck with.
SPEAKER_02But I actually like that one a little better.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, yeah. Um but but there's another one with uh Dark Child that there was, I guess in the memoirs, they was going back and forth, and he was like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go, you do what you gotta do. I I'm paraphrasing here, but he was like, Yeah, you go do what you gotta do. I'm gonna sell this five million dollars over go make five million dollars over here. The way she says that, uh, and Nini, it goes back to what you said, is like what that conversation, it kind of conveniently leaves out what she said for him to give her that type of response.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_13You know what I'm saying? Because I think I I think it was I think um it came to they created a sound together and that she she felt that he was giving that sound to other people.
SPEAKER_02Uh and it's like Okay, how do if we do create a sound together, like you're just I and I can almost kind of understand because during that time period, if you think there was a huge stretch where you always knew a goddamn dark child beat because no matter what singer it was made for, all his stuff was starting to sound the same, the same. Dark child is all over that shit.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yep, yep, yep. And it's and it's like how do you how do you like if I if as an engineer and as a producer, I I'd be like, yo, if you attack it this way, we get in there. I'm not gonna stop my money because of of a sound. Like I I think artists get and that's that's in a league that I probably I touched I touched that league probably once. So I don't know. Like I've never been in the league to sit in a room with Brandy. You understand what I'm saying? Yeah, so and Beyonce is a big person who says this too. Like, she wants to be uh credited as co-producer when she sings on stuff because she adds other elements of a of the beat on it. So she wants to get credited as a producer, so she kind of is a part of the sound that is uh so I get it.
SPEAKER_02So Beyonce adds sometimes make the beat with just her singing, yeah.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, so I I I get what that is, but with in the dark time. In a dark time.
SPEAKER_02That was a goddamn beat right there. In the dark time, I don't know. I don't know. And you know, Brandy talked about too um the full moon album, that that was her least favorite. That's crazy. Which is crazy because that was probably her best, her best album, but that was her least favorite because they forced her to sing out of her register. And she was like, all of these songs you got me singing in this high ass and it was. Work first. She was like, and it was so uncomfortable. She was like, she had to really force it.
SPEAKER_13That is crazy for somebody called the vocal Bible.
SPEAKER_02She didn't give herself that name.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, I bet.
SPEAKER_02And she wasn't called that back then.
SPEAKER_13But she was taking it. She was taking the the actual thing.
SPEAKER_02She was taking it from Wanya. But um all that neck. But she was saying, she was like, you can hear like where I am. Like I have a very low register. This is where I sing. She was like, and you done came out with all of these songs for this album, and you got me up here. She was like, and it's not that I can't challenge myself, like I challenge myself daily and work on my craft or whatever, but why the hell would you do that to me? Now imagine, now imagine this.
SPEAKER_13She continued to sing in her register, and how our sounds songs sound the same at this point. So so so in order to come to to make yourself be a fresh voice for not only the your new fan, your your fans, but new fans that's hearing you. Full moon probably brung you to a different stratosphere because you stepped out of your comfort zone.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it did.
SPEAKER_13You see what I'm saying? So I could she ain't gonna complain about it now, but she's gonna talk about it, how she felt back then. But it worked for you. I think the memoirs is a little bit kind of Well, I don't know.
SPEAKER_02She put that part in the memoir. I saw that in the interview show.
SPEAKER_13Yeah, yeah. I just it just it's just put her in a certain light that I'm like Well, I mean this is personal truth.
SPEAKER_11That's it.
SPEAKER_13But I understand.
SPEAKER_02I understand. I'm interested to read it though. I want to see what else she got in there.
SPEAKER_13Alright, all right. What's next?
SPEAKER_02We got a who you got.
SPEAKER_13Who you got.
SPEAKER_02We got another RB uh challenge.
SPEAKER_13RB is making a comeback, boy. I'm telling you.
SPEAKER_02It's about time. For real. It is we have, let's see. Where is it?
SPEAKER_07Two RB songs from the year 1992. Now I want to know which one you guys pick out of these two. I got the guys first, the ladies. Let me know which one you pick in the comment section. Ladies, you're up first.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I got two or though whales from the year 1992. Now I want to know. They wait for me. Yeah.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_07They wait for me.
SPEAKER_13This shit is a box. This shit is a box.
SPEAKER_11My shit.
1992 R&B Song Pick
SPEAKER_13You just instantly start dancing to the shit. I always love Mr. B. Stuff about Mr. B, I always love. That shit is it.
SPEAKER_11I always wanted to be Jade. That's easy. Let me get them little combat boots. High five. I know the song.
SPEAKER_13I think that was a I think there's a slaughter. As soon as he put on Jade, slaughter.
SPEAKER_11What was the name of that song he picked for them?
SPEAKER_13Still playing Playing Hard to Get.
SPEAKER_11He should have done the kissing game. She's playing hard to get.
SPEAKER_13Nah, dog. You don't put that against no. Nah.
SPEAKER_11Either way, Jay would have. Yeah, they that was my shit. That is my shit still. I still listen to it. I still have it on my ballot. Yep.
SPEAKER_13Yep, that's the easy one. Yeah. That's an easy one.
SPEAKER_02Well, now we're on your favorite part of the show.
Hood Jeopardy Who Can You Stay With
SPEAKER_13Well, we tried Hood Jeopardy and then it So we go for it. We would not do Hood Jeopardy ever. Again.
SPEAKER_11We can do Hood Jeopardy. Some people just need to shut the hell out.
SPEAKER_13And some people you saying Who are some people?
SPEAKER_11There's only two people at this table.
SPEAKER_13So some people, you talking about the some?
SPEAKER_11Yes. I was answering the question. Your giggles was too strong. Mm-mm.
SPEAKER_13Alright, first question. Not the giggles. Oh first Jim. If you lost your car and job right now, what friend can you live rent-free with while you get yourself together?
SPEAKER_02I have a couple of friends.
SPEAKER_13Rent free. Until you get your shit together. It doesn't take long for you to get your shit together.
SPEAKER_02No, but I also these couple of friends I know would be Oh, so six months, twelve months, you're good. Yeah.
SPEAKER_13You said your husband. Okay.
SPEAKER_11Why do you say? You said right now I'm married. Where the fuck would I go?
SPEAKER_12Very true.
SPEAKER_02Unless you lost your job in your car and your husband was like, mm-mm. You gotta go.
SPEAKER_11No, but take I'd happily leave and I would have someplace to go.
SPEAKER_13Take your husband out of it and say, what friend?
SPEAKER_11What friend?
SPEAKER_13Yes.
SPEAKER_11Oh, I got a few friends I could go stay with.
SPEAKER_13Rent free for until you get your shit together.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_13You know.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_13Because they ain't got their shit together. I am fucked.
SPEAKER_11That's not true. No, no, I know. I'm just fucking around. I didn't think about it like that's not true. Nah, I got I got a f I got rent-free, I don't know. Well, it depends on the length of the stand.
SPEAKER_13And I think I think y'all thinking about just the one person.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm thinking just Who are you thinking about? Like you said, Nene, it it depends on one, the length, but two, I think it depends on the situation. I don't I don't think so.
SPEAKER_11Really?
SPEAKER_02That's my guy. But nah.
SPEAKER_13Nah.
SPEAKER_11I think so.
SPEAKER_13I don't think maybe.
SPEAKER_11I mean six months.
SPEAKER_13I'll probably take three months. I'll probably take two months. It doesn't, it doesn't take you right. Yeah, you got wife friends. Yeah.
SPEAKER_11Married Married Friends is off limit. Yeah. Like I wouldn't even consider myself to ask a married friend to go stay with them. Like that's that's weird. I mean I'm like, you know, they might, but that's weird.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. No. Yeah, I think it depends. It depends on who they are.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_11But even still, it would make me uncomfortable for me personally to go um stay with a m a married couple. I wouldn't I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't allow whatever might be happening in there.
SPEAKER_13The friend, you have male and female friends, right?
SPEAKER_11I'm not going to stay with a male. Unless it's a family member.
SPEAKER_13Okay. Alright. So strictly it would be a female friend. Mm-hmm. All right. Yeah. Well, they ain't safe either.
SPEAKER_11Don't do that. I don't sleep with my friend, first of all. My friends are safe. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_13Yeah. I I just motherfuckers. Um. You know, that's a instrument. Oh my God. Look at the Lowell. Interesting question, right? Because I do have Oh my God. I don't know what's happening to me. Whoa. Male and female friends. Uh-huh. Right. And I wouldn't stay with the female friend.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_13But I wouldn't stay with the male friend either. Oh my God. Because that's weird. Why? I don't know. Because everybody got their own routine. Yeah. And I don't want to know your routine. I don't.
SPEAKER_11It's called staying out the way then. I think it just depends. I don't know. It do depend on the person. I think it depends on the person. And how well you know them. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02All right. And it depends on what the setup is.
SPEAKER_11Right. Like. Y'all share the bed, like that's right. Right. Like, yo, let me come stay in your studio apartment. Like the friend I'm thinking about.
SPEAKER_13I don't think they got anything.
SPEAKER_02Like you have a friend who got a whole section that they don't even go into in their house that you're not in.
SPEAKER_13Oh, you you assume my friends got houses.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm just saying I know what options I have. So I don't think about those type of things. So I'm just saying it depends on the setup.
SPEAKER_13Gotcha.
SPEAKER_02Like I have married and single friends that one of my friends that I would pick is married, but I have a great relationship with them and their spouse.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But I also know like the setup of their home that like Yeah.
SPEAKER_13You won't be comfortable.
SPEAKER_02It wouldn't even be like I existed in their spouse. Oh, gotcha, gotcha. The way it's set up.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But when you start going down a rabbit hole with some of the stuff that I think y'all are going down, I think that's why y'all be making the decisions.
SPEAKER_11Who me?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_11No, I just wouldn't feel comfortable staying at a male friend's house. No, I'm talking about when you said a married friend. Oh, married friend. Yeah, it's just I I wouldn't do that.
SPEAKER_13I I I wouldn't I wouldn't inconvenient because they're already dealing with stuff with kids and stuff like that. I wouldn't want to inconvenience.
SPEAKER_11My reasons is my own personal reasons because I just don't trust people. So I wouldn't have to be a good idea. But that's what I said. Y'all Yeah. So I wouldn't put myself in the streets. That's what I just said.
SPEAKER_13Y'all go y'all have y'all own little whole affairs. So your in your scenario, you wouldn't mind staying out of a few.
SPEAKER_02Because he has the good. I would quote with both of them. I would mind just because I don't want to be in that situation in in general. But I keep a certain type of relationship with my friends and married friends. Now which are single ones.
SPEAKER_13So out of the married friends, who are you cool with in the the marriage? Both of them. Oh, you okay. Okay. Yeah.
SPEAKER_11See, that's why I'm like with me, I would be more so cool with my friend. I'm trying to get past that. I would be most more so cool with just my friend. Yo.
SPEAKER_03Yo.
SPEAKER_13Oh, okay. No, go ahead, Nene. I was just making sure Sean. You know what I'm saying? Making sure, you know.
SPEAKER_02That's because that's where your mind is always at.
SPEAKER_13I'm sorry. Yeah, you're right. That's why y'all ain't got no friends y'all can say.
SPEAKER_11He don't got no friends he can say yeah. I got friends I can say.
SPEAKER_13No, the reason why I can't say, like.
SPEAKER_11I just said I wouldn't want to stay there.
SPEAKER_02Well, no, I wouldn't want to, even because I don't want to be in that situation. But I know that if it came down to it and I had no job and no car and no choices, I'm not gonna be like, well, I'm just gonna be homeless because I'm not gonna stay over here. Like, no, I'm gonna suck it up and my pride doesn't mean that much.
SPEAKER_13My two closest best friends, one is married with kids, and I wouldn't feel comfortable there.
SPEAKER_03One is I don't know if he's still he's getting his things together.
SPEAKER_13He might got his stuff together.
SPEAKER_02I had to So y'all might both be homeless, is what you're saying.
SPEAKER_13So like yeah, we just be out there chilling. You might move in and y'all both be in the next week. And I'm cool with either one. So like I'm riding with my niggas. I don't know. I'm riding with my niggas.
SPEAKER_02So you're gonna be at the shelter, you're gonna be at the wine. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_11No, I got two single friends that I can choose from, so I be good. Yeah I don't know nobody. I don't know, like I'm not friends with another married couple. So I really I was just saying I was just saying that. Wait, none of your friends is married?
SPEAKER_02Well, there's the problem.
SPEAKER_11Both of them are widowed.
SPEAKER_02Oh.
SPEAKER_13Damn.
SPEAKER_03Thanks, guys.
SPEAKER_02Well would you stay with a married family member?
SPEAKER_11Um that depends on the family member.
SPEAKER_03No. Oh no. No. No.
SPEAKER_13Okay. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, I'd stay with my parents.
SPEAKER_03They're married.
SPEAKER_13Your parents are cool as hell, so they probably will let you stay.
SPEAKER_11My parents will always let me stay. Rent free, though? For us for a certain for so my father, yes. My mother, after a while, because my mom likes money, she never loves it.
SPEAKER_02So she's gonna look at it. Wait, your mother's gonna start selling your belongings.
SPEAKER_11So she's gonna be like, you know what? I'ma need a little few money. So she's gonna charge me. It won't be a lot, but she would charge me some money. I mean, she's half, because I've been home. Yeah. She has charged me. And I mean, compared to what rent prices was, okay. I know that's right.
SPEAKER_13Oh, okay. Can you tell if a if a girl have different baby daddies?
SPEAKER_11Wait, send you.
SPEAKER_13Can you tell if a girl have different got different baby daddies? Yes. Why? Because all the kids. All your kids look like friends.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02No way.
SPEAKER_11No, but that's true though. I have seen, I have seen some siblings that look like they just friends hanging down on a corner.
SPEAKER_13Yo. Isn't that confusing? Wow. They all got different last names.
SPEAKER_11Well, that depends, though.
SPEAKER_13Sometimes the mother just I was, you know, I was about to do some soul races. I was just straight going Spanish. Like Rodriguez, Diaz. And they hyphen them all. Yeah. Nothing against my Hispanic people. I love y'all. One of my best friends. I can't even stand.
SPEAKER_11Yes you can.
SPEAKER_13No, I can't. Back then I probably could because back then I probably could. Now, nah. Could you go back home? Like, I wouldn't want to. Parent-wise. I wouldn't want to.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_13Because I already know what that's gonna turn into. I don't want no parts of it. No parts of it at all. But yeah, even him, he's m married. But if you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_11And that wouldn't be rent-free.
SPEAKER_13It wouldn't be. Not at all.
SPEAKER_11Absolutely not.
SPEAKER_02Not even for a short period.
SPEAKER_13Nope.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_13Maybe the first week. Really? And it's like, yo, nah, bro.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_13Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I I can understand. I'm not even gonna give you some time to get a job. Like the whole thing is because you lost a job.
SPEAKER_13You know what? You know what's funny? I'm not even gonna do him like that. Because he he's a man, he's a man of faith. Nah, I'm not even gonna do it like that. He he would probably give me a month. Okay. Or so. But if things start, you know you better get some food stamps. Yo, if things start, I can I can see if things start getting like a little tight around the house and shit like that, he's gonna be like, yo, I'm gonna need you to pitch in, bro. I I can see that happening.
SPEAKER_11Yeah.
SPEAKER_13But I think all his kids are grown and pretty much out of the house at the point. So he will mine a company, and we he does uh he's the one who actually uh introduced me into a lot of the music industry stuff. Okay. So I know we will probably get cook conjure up a business, start a business, do do some music do something to make some generate some income. Because we're we're two creatives. We two creatives. So you know as long as as long as we come up with a way to make some money, I'll probably stay winfrey. Yeah. Yeah, because we're generating some money. So that's one dude I know that if if ever I need to like get some funds, we're we'll cook up something and and make a business out of it. He's good for that. Like, I got these cheeseburgers.
