Hey, hey, we're just gonna start right now. Yeah, we just had this idea that we should start a podcast. This is not a new idea. We've had this idea for years. What? What do you want speaker view? Yeah, no, I'm on gallery. Gallery. Okay, so are you asking me that I just started the recording started to talk, we said that we were not I'm not gonna edit this. And now this is in it. Cameras. This is the this is the deal. Okay, the deal is, we're gonna make a podcast and we're not going to edit it. And you're going to hear the ridiculousness, we're also going to try to keep it short. And we are making no promises that it will be quality content. That's right. Because we have stuff we need to talk about. We got stuff to say we always have, we always will. And, and we want people to be able to listen to it in double time. Sorry, because everything that we do when we talk to each other, like on Marco Polo has a fast forward button, because we want to hear it but like not slowly, a little quicker, please. We will. We're also going to try to post the Zoom videos to YouTube. So you can actually see us laughing at each other because that is likely to happen a lot. But you know, no other reason I was asking what the view is, because Are we looking? Are we side by side right now? Because you are I just see you. Oh, I've hidden my myself view. There we go. Yeah, we're not side by side. You're above me, because you're the older sister. And that's how login works. Okay. Um, so this first episode, let's keep it short and sweet. Yeah. I'm Elizabeth brink. I live in Kansas City. I've got two young kids. And I'm married to Corey. And we're likely all neurodivergent. But I'm just going to talk about me mostly. Yeah, this is unedited and unprepared. I'm the youngest. I'm nothing I guess I'm one of five kids. I'm number four. And Sarah is number two. Yeah, we have a younger sister Rebecca, who we might reel into this from time to time. We've talked about doing podcasts before we always get stuck in you know, because we are like, well, we need to edit it or use the right microphones or we need to, you know, make sure that we've got our notes and we realize that we're tired of like letting things that we want to do or that excite us not happen because of all of the things that we think we're supposed to do, because everybody else is doing. So, but this is for us if you want to come along cool. Yeah. Yeah. We didn't even get ready. I mean, we seriously we're just having a call about other things. And then I hit record. Yes. She didn't even actually tell me she was gonna hit record. I'm impulsive. So, Durham, I gotta introduce myself. You've heard it. Teachers. Yeah. But say your name again? Because I think I cut you off, sir Durham. And this is such a weird way to introduce myself. I have three kids 2411 And seven, married to Joshua. We are all neurodivergent in some way? Well, yes, we are. I would say likely Joshua is but there he doesn't. He doesn't self identify as his same in our house. I guess. I attributed that to Cory without his consent. That's right. So but you know, knowing our husbands, they will never ever actually listen to this. Right? Yeah, we're safe a safe place. So we're both coaches. And we, I'm a writer, and we love all things. neurodivergent. And we are each other's co worker, sort of. So it's nice. We do it live sometimes. And we just don't work does take it longer. Here. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So we both coaching neurodivergent folks, and I, my specialization is in Cymatics. And working with the body, helping people kind of reconnect to their whole selves when they're trying to figure out how to make life work. And Sarah works a lot around life transitions, big milestones. She works with young adults, teens and grown grown adults. Weird order but with all the peoples. Yeah. So this is us. Here we are. And I think what we're going to do is we're going to talk about things that are related to managing life as a neurodivergent adult, managing life as a neuro divergent parent of neurodivergent children maybe processing some of our own past experiences and hoping that some of what we discover together is of use to you in reflecting on your own life. Yeah, that sounds good. Let's do it. Okay, so stay tuned. Now I have to stop
