Savva Savas is a single dad of twin boys, entrepreneur and podcaster, and the founder of PLATED: The event caterer and creator and host of the PLATED: Three Food Memories podcast.

For more than 25 years, Savva has contributed food experiences to some of Australia’s premiere events and intimate gatherings. In this time, he has collected a multitude of conversations around food, uncovering memories connecting experiences, people, and moments in time.

Three Food Memories brings to life Savva's belief that food, and the importance it has in our lives is a driver of social connection, and can help bring about positive change in the world.

Of Greek Cypriot heritage, Savva was raised in a close-knit extended family home in Sydney and later on their working farm on the Central Coast, where both his parents were able to continue using the agricultural skills and paddock to plate practices that they grew up with.
