Three Food Memories
The things you find out when you ask people about their food memories can be soulful, spicy, sensational, sour, and sublime. Often you'll discover something you never knew about the person you asked - and this is what the Three Food Memories podcast is about, how every food memory is linked to a moment in time.
Three Food Memories is hosted by Savva Savas, dad of twin boys, entrepreneur, caterer, and creator. In each episode Savva chats with a guest who shares three food memories and a social cause close to their heart, revealing far more about themselves than what they’ve tasted.
Be prepared for some hilarious and otherwise never-heard-before stories, and if you love listening - please tell your friends (and like, subscribe, and follow for all the goodness!)

In this episode, meet the daughter of Aussie rock legend Jimmy Barnes, who’s become a music star in her own right, with her debut album No Good, released last year.
Elly-May Barnes’s life hasn’t been all guitars, roses and hanging out with rock celebrities. Born more than three months premature with cerebral palsy, she’s faced lifelong chronic pain and many surgeries.
A passionate advocate for inclusivity, she stars in the ABC documentary Headliners, and is empathetic, resilient, shining both on stage and in real life.
She’s also a total foodie! On the menu is; Kindergarten menus in France, Mum and Dad’s iconic cooking, and her son Dylan’s lunch box treats and snacks.
Her social cause is the Cerebral Palsy Alliance - a ground-breaking, global centre of expertise for cerebral palsy services and support, research, technology and innovation, and advocacy. Our alliance of great minds work together to deliver a world of opportunity for people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities, and their families. Find out more here cerebralpalsy.org.au
