Workout & Travelling - how to stick with your routine?
In this episode we'll have a chat about an interesting topic. It's all about travelling and staying tuned with our current workout plans ( or workout routines ) . I know how diffcult it could be, matching those both topics. Wheter you're working in airplanes, hotels, as recruiter or somewhere else where you often have to leave your home. Wheter you're working abroad, travelling around the globe or just enjoying your nice holidays under palm trees...
Very often we need to search for our workout spot, workout gaps, workout equipments or even clothes!
It can be tricky, especially if you're visiting a place you've never been before and you don't know where a good location could be or a safe one? a silent one?
I'll explain you:
- what you might need for a "all over the planet" workout
- which sort of exercises are fitting for small room
- how you could prevent your home training during travelling
- how you can prevent your "abroad" workout routine right before you start
- why a completely stop with working out at all during travelling isn't good for you
and why a new kind of sport could be the answer for staying with your workout routine somewhere on this earth!
