Co-hosts Katherine Rivera-Spoljaric, MD, and Philip Abraham, MD, from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and co-directors of the Department of Pediatrics Office of Faculty Development provide tips on avoiding burnout in the clinical space. Invited guests will join Katherine and Phil every episode to discuss their personal experiences on key wellness topics.
Katherine and Phil completed Wellness Coaches education through Wellcoaches® in early 2023. They developed the Physicians as Wellness Coaches Program in Pediatrics to help address physician burnout and build wellness skills and strategies among Pediatric residents as they enter their careers in medicine.

This season of Out with Burnout features experts from the St. Louis area, discussing the various spokes of the Wellness Wheel. Topics discussed this season will range from social wellbeing to financial wellness and occupational wellness.
New episodes will be published monthly, starting in January 2025.
