Wayne Beals is a GREEN Designated Chicago Realtor serving sustainability minded home buyers, home sellers, investors and developers. Wayne grew up in Chicago and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the city's neighborhoods and construction types. Wayne currently serves as the Chair of the Chicago Association of Realtors Sustainability Workgroup, Co-Chair of the Illinois Green Alliance Programs Committee, and is a Co-Founder of the Climate Action Museum. He is focused on energy transformation through his work as a realtor and developer.
