As the co-founder and President of Generator Collective alongside actress, comedian, and activist Ilana Glazer, Generator creates digital media to help navigate our political system and help lower the barrier of entry to engaging with our democracy.
Additionally, Glennis is the founder of itme agency - where she leverages her expertise to help campaigns and brands build their social impact and digital strategies.
Prior to founding Generator and itme, Glennis was the Global Director of Policy & Social Impact at WeWork where she grew the program to over 90 cities globally. She began her career in Washington, DC as the Deputy National Finance Director at Priorities USA as a staffer for Senator Max Baucus (D-MT).
Ilana Glazer (they/she) is a comedian, actor, advocate, and creator best known for co-creating and co-starring in the acclaimed series BROAD CITY. The internationally touring standup comedian debuted her second special HUMAN MAGIC on Hulu. You can find her comedy & socio-political video-podcast “IT’S OPEN with Ilana Glazer” every Thursday on Youtube, audio-only available everywhere you podcast. Additionally, Glazer co-wrote and starred in BABES, which premiered at SXSW 2024 to rave reviews before its release with Neon. And in 2025, she made her Broadway debut in the stage adaptation of GOOD NIGHT, & GOOD LUCK alongside George Clooney for a special limited run.
