In this episode, I begin a new monthly series of conversational-style podcasts about life and my insights. Today, I recap the personal events that changed me during 2020 and how I have processed the trauma and joy of this incredible time.
I discuss my pregnancy, premature birth, NICU stay, breastfeeding issues, self-confidence problems, losing the baby weight, cancer, hysterectomy, and deep personal meaning and truth as candidly and authentically as I can.
My hope is that this podcast, and future Conversations episodes, will give you a glimpse into the deeper meaning behind my work and who I am as a person. I also hope they will inspire you to be your highest self.
