This is a place for people to share their stories of adversity and triumph. I believe sharing stories is the path to healing and creating connections with others.

5. 6 Tools To Help You Thrive Through The Holidays
Hello Everyone! This episode plays off of episode 4. Both of these are inspired by my most recent trip back home to NC.
Overview:
- Set boundaries - Helps others understand your boundaries
- Give off the energy you wish to receive
- If the foods make you uncomfortable, remember, its only for a short period of time. This is a great time to practice getting out of your comfort zone. Try 1 thing that you would typically shy away from and me mindful while doing so
- Understand how you need to charge and make the time for it
- Try to learn something - about yourself or others
- Go do something active, like a walk
