When a thought doesn’t resonate with who you are at your core, you feel bad. Misalignment FEELS like depression, anxiety, etc. So when you notice you’re experiencing a negative emotion, find the thought that caused it and get curious. Question where that thought came from and if it is true for you… and when the answer is no, visualize releasing that thought so that you can easily shift into a different more resonant thought.
