Our us thing: A few weeks ago we made it out to Nashville to our friends at Crossfit Zoetic. It's difficult to put our thoughts into words with how much fun we had and how much we got to talk with long time clients. Plus! Dez and Meredith got to meet in person for the first time. Meredith shares a really special story about a client overcoming anxiety around food. We all have those moments and obstacles so it's extra special to see someone overcome their anxieties.
Our main subject today is carb cycling.
What is it? It's a schedule of higher carb days, average carb days and lower carb days. This has shown that people can lose fat without losing muscle. Having the high and low carb days helps promote metabolic flexibility.
