I'm in my 40s and I'm experiencing perimenopause and lately I've learned a lot about menopause and I really want to contribute to the awareness of it and especially give my peeps a heads up of what's to come for you if you are a person with ovaries. It's not something to be scared of, it's something we will all go through. I want to embrace the whole journey of what it means to be a woman with ovaries.
