Kristal Desantis is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the author of STRONG: A Relationship Field Guide for the Modern Man. With a multi-racial, bi-cultural upbringing in Asia, Kristal developed a deep curiosity about love and relationships, which led her to pursue a career in therapy. She created the STRONG model of relational therapy, blending attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches to help couples navigate the complexities of modern love. Kristal is passionate about addressing the unique challenges men face in today’s world, particularly issues of emotional connection, loneliness, and societal expectations. Through her work, she empowers individuals and couples to build meaningful, lasting relationships.
