Dr. Robert F. Dowell is an author, course creator, and the Senior Pastor and founder of New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. His mission is to help individuals discover, pursue, and fulfill their God-given destinies, empowering them to live better, do better, and release the brilliance within them.

Dr. Dowell's educational journey includes earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Cameron University, a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, as well as both a Master's and Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Theology from Andersonville Baptist Seminary.
