This episode shares the body of work behind my voice.

From the books I have written to the albums I have released, everything I create comes from lived experience, healing, and the process of reclaiming my voice.

My poetry became books.
 My books became spoken word.
 My spoken word became music.

This is not separate work—it is one continuous journey.

In this episode, I talk about my published books, my music, and how each piece connects to the next.

Baseline — from The Ground Did Not Move

Baseline opens the soundscape with a steady, grounding presence—a return to center when everything else feels uncertain. This track comes from JS Worldbridger’s album The Ground Did Not Move, a body of work rooted in stability, resilience, and the quiet strength of staying when the world around you shifts.

The tone of Baseline is intentional. It invites the listener to land, to breathe, t

The Long Enough Pause is an invitation to step out of urgency and into stillness.

In a world that constantly pushes for more—more doing, more fixing, more noise—this track offers something different: permission to stop. Not for a moment of escape, but for a moment of return.

The sound unfolds slowly, with spacious tones and gentle resonance, creating a place where nothing is required and nothing is rushed. It’s the space between breaths, the quiet after overwhelm, the

In the last two episodes I spoke about my voice and the story behind it. Today I want to talk about the work itself. Because what I create didn't start with music. It started with writing. Before there were albums, before there were recordings, there were words on a page. I wrote my experiences, my healing, my truth, books like The Boulders in My Life That Shaped My Journey, The Journey Back to Myself, a Book of Healing Poetry, Second Edition Songs of Survival, Healing Poetry for Warriors, Journey into the Sacred Heart's Embrace, Awakening the Divine Feminine, Meditations and Poetry for Healing, Goddess Frequencies, Harnessing the Healing Power of Venus, Gong for Sacred Yoni, Sound Alchemy, A Warrior's Path, The Art of Chiron, Gong, A Holistic Approach to Healing Trauma, The Art of Thirty Day, Gong Challenge for Transformation, The Art of Neptune, Gong, A Deep Dive into the World of Sound and Transformation. These Books hold the Foundation of My Voice. They are where I began putting language to what I had lived through. At some point, the words needed more than the page. They needed to be spoken, felt, heard, moved through the body. That's where spoken word came in, and from there my work expanded again. My poetry became sound, I began recording in my studio, bringing voice, vibration, and presence together, albums like Threads of Trauma, Neptune Gong, Dolphin and Wales, Presence, Warriors of Light, Inhale, Peace, Exhale, Anxiety, Heartbeats of Freedom, Healing Horizons, Resonance of Chiron, Healing Waves, Calming the Inner Storm, Serenity, Harmonious Resonance, Chiron's Resonance, Healing Harmonics, Reconnecting to Self Shores of Serenity. Nothing is required, still alive, the ground did not move, and the spoken word pieces that continue to grow from them. Each album is not separate from the writing. It is an extension of it. Everything I create is connected. The books, the spoken word, the music, the podcast. It is all one body of work, one voice, expressed in different forms. That's why it matters when I say this work is mine. Because I didn't just record it, I lived it, I wrote it, I developed it over years, from 2012 to now. This is not something that appeared overnight. This is a body of work built over time, piece by piece, and if you're listening to this, I want you to know something. Your voice can take different forms too. It doesn't have to stay in one place. What starts as writing can become something more. What starts as pain can become expression. For me, this work is ongoing. The books are still there. The music continues, the voice keeps evolving, and I'm going to keep creating in whatever form it needs to take, because this is not just what I do. This is what I've lived, and this is how I speak it. You can end with my album, my voice, my work, my truth releases March twenty ninth, and it carries all of this forward.
