You vs You: Maintenance

The same way a car needs to be serviced and a plant needs to be watered, so too do you need maintenance. 

When the mind, body and/or soul are neglected, the toll this has on us is evident and can sometimes even become dire.

In this episode, I highlight the importance behind maintaining ourselves and how we can go about nourishing our minds, bodies and souls in order to live full, prosperous and happy lives.
