PED's (Performance Enhancing Drugs) use in bodybuilding is rife but its also almost like a taboo subject to talk about because for some, admitting to usage feels like something to be ashamed of or want to hide because of perceptions and all the opinions surrounding it, but does it have to be?
Is it not better for it to be discussed openly and honestly so an informed decision can be made to whoever wants to use them before they throw themselves into something that's potentially dangerous enough to kill you?
