Start by paying attention to your breath. Notice the sensation of each inhale and exhale, letting your breath find its natural rhythm without trying to control it. Acknowledge your thoughts without judgment, imagining each one as a cloud passing by in the sky, then let it drift away and return your focus to your breath. Embrace the present moment and the sensations in your body—the rise and fall of your chest, the feeling of air passing through your nostrils. Now, bring to mind something you’ve been holding onto, perhaps a worry, regret, or negative emotion. Visualize it, acknowledge its presence without judgment, and with each exhale, release this burden, letting it dissipate into the air. Allow yourself to fully surrender to the present moment, feeling deep relaxation, lightness, and peace spreading through your body and mind. Conclude your meditation by affirming positive thoughts: "I release what no longer serves me. I am free to embrace peace and positivity." Enjoy the stillness and clarity you’ve created, and when you’re ready, open your eyes slowly, carrying this sense of peace throughout your day. Good luck.
