With Love, Jenny, is a podcast designed to build a community through sharing our stories. We are connecting to each other by opening our hearts and finding common ground in our humanity. Body Shaming: How Critical Are You Toward Yourself? | Ep #22
We all struggle with negative self-image at times. But did you know a staggering 80% of women (and likely more today) experience body shaming – both from external pressures and their own inner critic?
This episode dives deep into the impact of body shaming on all aspects of our lives, including:
- Personal Relationships: You might become preoccupied with body image, sacrifice quality time, refuse to do certain activities and isolate yourself.
