Prior to joining Monarch, he helped close transactions generating more than $750 million in tax credits. Previously, he spent 14 years with CohnReznick's Real Estate Consulting Group, advising developers, investors, REITs, and public housing agencies on tax credit consulting, partnership tax, compliance, and assurance matters. A member of the Urban Land Institute and graduate of Loyola University Maryland, Blair brings deep industry expertise and a passion for community development to every conversation.

With more than a decade in affordable housing finance and a consulting principal role at Tidwell Group, Steve brings deep expertise in debt/equity structures, compliance, and valuation. Holding a JD from Indiana University and a BS in economics from Penn State, Steve is not just a financial maestro but also a dedicated community advocate. From supporting the Central Texas Food Bank to volunteering for youth sports, he actively contributes in his local community.
