Martine Helou-Allen, the visionary behind RIZE Prevention in South Carolina, serves as its founder and executive director. A Furman University graduate, Martine's fervor for rescuing teens from the perilous grip of substance abuse led her to develop innovative, evidence-based prevention programs. These programs are actively delivered to middle schools, community organizations, and places of worship.

Martine's journey began as the Community Relations Director at the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, where her experiences ignited the inspiration for her inaugural drug prevention initiative, "Anything But Free." This program has since reached teens statewide. Currently residing in Greenville with her husband, Scott, and two sons, Sami and Michael, Martine remains dedicated to the crucial mission of RIZE Prevention.
