Pace Yourself is a podcast about health and wellness hosted by the College of Science at the University of Utah featuring Science Writer David Pace. This series delves into various aspects of each dimension of wellbeing: vocational, physical, emotional, social, intellectual, financial, environmental and spiritual. LaUra Schmidt graduated with a master's degree in Environmental Humanities from the University of Utah in 2014 and is author of the book How to Live in a Chaotic Climate ten Steps to Reconnect with Ourselves, Our Communities and Our Planet.
She is the founder of the Good Grief Network. One of the first emotional support groups for ec- anxiety, climate, grief and collective trauma.
